During the Webinar the Swiss-AS team will introduce the first application of AI in AMOS: Amy, the AMOS interactive assistant who supports the end users in their daily life allowing them to ask Amy how to perform functions in AMOS based on the on-line documentation.  As you will see going forward Amy will also retrieve information from documents such as the MEL (if managed in AMOS) to further support specific user roles such as technicians.
