  3. AI in AMOS: Amy AMOS Interactive Assistant; Inventory Optimization
    It seems that AI is never far from any discussion related to technology these days, and aviation, Swiss-AS and AMOS are affected as much as we all are even in our daily lives. During the Webinar the Swiss-AS team will introduce the first application of AI in AMOS: Amy, the AMOS interactive assistant who supports the end users in their daily life allowing them to ask Amy how to perform functions in AMOS based on the on-line documentation.  As you will see going forward Amy will also retrieve information from documents such as the MEL (if managed in AMOS) to further support specific user roles such as technicians.

    Additionally, Swiss-AS has worked with AVIATAR to identify where else AI can support users and with this in mind you will be briefly introduced to the new Inventory Optimization tool, which aims to drive efficiency, save costs and enable proactive material provisioning; all while providing automation and streamlining decision making.
