Webinar Overview

AI is reshaping airline operations – and compliance is no longer just about keeping up with regulations. It’s about empowering frontline teams with faster access to trusted information, reducing operational friction, and turning compliance data into actionable operational intelligence.

Register to attend this webinar with Aircraft IT and join us for an in-depth look at Connected Compliance in the AI Era. Discover how the AI-powered evolution of Comply365’s ContentManager365 is helping airlines move from reactive compliance to proactive operational performance.

The webinar will be presented by Neil Thomas, General Manager, Content Management Solutions and Russ West, Senior Product Manager, AI who will share insights into how AI is transforming operational content management and connected compliance across the aviation industry.

As part of the Comply365 Operational Performance Platform, ContentManager365 now brings advanced AI capabilities directly into the operational content lifecycle – – transforming how critical manuals, procedures, and regulatory content are authored, managed, searched, understood, and acted upon across the enterprise.

Through a combination of industry context, expert insights, and focused AI capability demonstrations, you’ll see how airlines can:

  • Accelerate access to trusted operational guidance through conversational AI experiences
  • Reduce the cognitive burden of navigating complex manuals and revisions
  • Strengthen regulatory alignment with intelligent automation and AI-assisted mapping
  • Improve operational consistency by connecting people, procedures, and compliance workflows across the organization
  • Enable smarter, faster decision-making with AI embedded directly into daily operational processes

What you’ll see in this session

ContentManager365’s AI Assistant in action :

  • AI Assistant  – Natural Language Search to empower teams to search operational content using everyday language and instantly surface the most relevant procedures, policies, and guidance.
  • AI Assistant – Context-Aware Prompts to enable crews and operational teams to better understand complex content through AI-generated summaries, revision insights, and contextual prompts.
  • CoAuthor – Assisted Authoring See how AI-assisted authoring within the ContentManager365 Authoring Hub helps accelerate content refinement.
  • CoAuthor – Regulation Mapping Recommendations
Discover how AI can automatically analyze manuals at both full-manual and section level to recommend regulatory mappings from regulation libraries.

Whether you are focused on operational efficiency, safety, compliance, or digital transformation, this session will demonstrate how AI-enabled connected compliance can help airlines unlock greater operational performance across the enterprise.

About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of Flight Operations software demonstrations from the World’s leading Flight Operations IT Vendors.
