Step 2: Flight Operations staff use the Briefing Manager module to view and modify the content of the EFF package from the ground. Updates are sent to the pilots EFB devices.
Step 3: Prior to the flight Pilots use the single-sync function to update all documents to their EFB App so they have all their information for the flight ahead.
Step 4: Using the confirmation button, pilots confirm to Flight Ops using the confirmation button that they have read and received their required documents.

Via the ELB/ETL functionality in the EFB, pilots notify mechanics about the discrepancies / defects electronically without any paper-based log page transfers.
