Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 28th June 2018) and join the paperless maintenance specialists at EmpowerMX as they walk you through a live demo and full overview of their popular and powerful software: FleetCycle MRO Manager. Using live demos of the system, you will see how to establish or enhance paperless processes including: quickly generating a detailed maintenance check plan; generating and assigning electronic task cards (routine and non-routine) providing engineers with all the information they need within the task card via mobile devices and using electronic signatures; generating an electronic work package post check including digital technical records; provide full real-time reporting and alerts to any potential problems, and more…

The Webinar begins with an overview of EmpowerMX and their suite of FleetCycle products before focusing on MRO Manager. Using demos of the software and following the processes of a typical maintenance check, you will see how the solution provides an end-to-end paperless solution. You will see how MRO Manager is used by airlines, aircraft operators and MRO facilities worldwide to increase efficiency and can integrate with any existing M&E / MRO system.

The demos are divided into three key areas:

  • Demo 1: Planning Maintenance Check, inc: Routine and Non-Routine Electronic Task Cards
First you will see how checks are planned and scheduled all the way up to their release to production. You will see how checks can be prepared in hours using check templates, and for Independent MROs, execution rules and workflows can be optimized to comply with the requirements of individual customers and their way of doing business. You will see how Electronic Task Cards (Routine and Non-Routine) are generated and then assigned to engineers as per the generated plan.
  • Demo 2: Engineer Tablet Demo with Electronic Task Cards and Electronic Work Package
Next, via a tablet demo, you will see how Engineers can access their task cards at their point of work, how they can take images of any damage or work carried out, and how they can sign-off the task using fully compliant electronic signatures. In addition to the task card, you will see how the solution provides access to all the information an engineer requires, including: third party OEM technical content (e.g. Boeing Toolbox) and requesting spare parts and materials. Then you will see how to generate an Electronic Work Package after the check is complete including digital technical records.
  • Demo 3: Real-Time Reporting and Data Analysis
Finally, you will see how sophisticated reports and dashboards provide real-time tracking of open task cards and the current status of work in progress, including providing alerts to any potential problems. You can see which engineers are assigned to which tasks and easily reallocate resources, if required, to increase efficiency.

Agenda:

  • An Introduction to EmpowerMX and the FleetCycle Product Suite
  • Demo 1: Planning Maintenance Check, inc: Routine and Non-Routine Task Cards
  • Demo 2: Engineer Tablet Demo with Electronic Task Cards and Electronic Work Packages
