Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 14th March 2024) to see to see the latest advances in digital aviation manuals, company-wide content, and compliance monitoring via a demo of the innovative XML powered, all-in-one smart content management solution Yonder. Via demos of the solution and following the workflows of both document managers and the end users (pilots, cabin crew, engineers), you will see how Yonder provides airlines, operators, OEMs, and MROs with unparalleled control over their content. You will also see how the solution imports existing operational documentation and manuals in any format (PDF, MS Word, XML, etc.), and transforms them into smart content, with integrated editing and distribution, as well as auto compliance and regulations tracking.  During the Webinar you will learn how to efficiently manage revisions, including automated OEM Manual updates (FCOM, MEL, FCTM, QRH, etc.), also how pilots, cabin crew, engineers and other frontline employees can seamlessly access, up-to-date and role-specific content, and manuals in a browser or via the powerful Yonder online and offline App. You will also see some of the latest new features such as revision comparison, electronic forms, and end user compliance reporting. The Webinar begins with a look at flaws in today’s approaches to managing manuals and documentation, even when using digital tools; you will see why Yonder is not just another documentation management tool that relies on static pages; rather, the solution provides a completely new way of managing information with its modular approach, breaking limitations, and setting the standards for document management of the future.

The Webinar is divided into the following key sections:

  1. Yonder Introduction: Smart Documentation, and Today’s Limitations
First Marc Rauch, Co-Founder & CBO of Yonder, will explain why Yonder is not just another documentation management tool that relies on static pages, but a completely new way of managing information that enables users to go beyond current limitations of PDF’s and linear content flows. Furthermore, an overview of the flaws in today’s approaches will be given, outlining why most companies still have the same limitations they did when using paper books and how they can overcome them. Lastly Marc will explain Yonder’s modular approach, that breaks these limitations, and sets standards for the documentation management of the future.

  2. Yonder App Demo: End User Workflow (Pilot, Cabin Crew, Engineer)
Next you will see a deep dive into the App that’s available for Apple, Windows, and Android devices.  The demo will show why Yonder is a reliable and user-friendly solution in every situation, providing frontline employees with information based on their role and task at hand.

    Showcasing the following features:

    – Offline Reader: View documents and files inside the iOS App, also available on Windows and Android.
    – Notifications: End user notifications on information changes and new revisions that are governed by fully integrated workflows.
    – Electronic Forms: Electronic forms with customizable workflows, available on all platforms with offline functionality.
    – Highlights and Notes: Personal highlights and notes that get transferred between revisions.
    – Personalization of Documents and Files: Setting your favourites and personalizing your information within Yonder.
    – Tasks: Stay compliant with the ‘read’ or ‘read and acknowledge’ tasks for end users.
    – Filters and Search: Easily reduce complex documents to the right information for the role and task at hand.

  3. Yonder Demo: Compliance reporting and revision comparisons
Shifting the focus to the document manager’s perspective, next you will see a set of functionalities such as initiating and approving changes, checking the end-user compliance status, and comparing revisions – showing how Yonder saves time and always ensures compliance.

    Showcasing the following features:

    – Compliance Reporting: Quickly check the compliance status of all end users on an individual or role level and export compliance reports.
    – Comparing Document Revisions: Side by side comparison of any revisions, outlining exactly what has changed and where.

  4. Yonder Demo: Smart Document Manager Workflows
Continuing on the same topic, next you will see a demo of a set of features that make document managers more efficient, showing how changing content in a document, or customizing a manufacturer’s manual work in Yonder.

    Showcasing the following features:

    – Fully Integrated Workflows: Changing and adding content, getting changes approved and distributing information is streamlined into a largely automated process.
Information Modules: Yonder’s documentary units that unlock new possibilities in documentation management.
    – Reused Content: Combine parts of different documents and update them all at once when information changes.
    – Links: Link your documents to the underlying regulations and when the regulation changes you will get a notification right on the part of the document affected by the change in regulation .
    – Editing Content: Yonder’s powerful document editor that’s as easy to use as Word.
Audit Trails: See when changes were approved and acknowledged, and by whom.

  5. Yonder Demo: Automatic OEM Revisions and 3rd Party App Integration
Lastly, you will see a demonstration of change requests, which are automatically triggered by a change in regulation or by a new OEM revision. A quick overview of the integration between ASQS’s IQSMS and Yonder will also be presented.

    Showcasing the following features:

    – Automatic OEM Revisions: Manuals from Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, and other OEMs can be imported and revised in a largely automated process – even when they’ve been customized.
    – ASQS’s IQSMS Integration: Automatically update regulatory documents with third party libraries.
