Aero-Webb® can be used as a stand-alone maintenance system, but the solution’s rich catalogue of APIs also offers a high level of integration capability with third-party systems, including PLM, ERP and HUMS; plus, certified integration with SAP to provide specialist aviation maintenance solutions to SAP ERP platforms.
The Webinar is divided into the following three key areas:
- Aero-Webb® Demo 1: Short introduction and Aero-Webb® Overview
You will be taken on a tour of the newly released Aero-Webb 7.8 maintenance software and some of its different modules: Technical Data Management, Fleet Management, Maintenance Planning & Execution, Logistics and more. You will also see how to navigate and customize the interface, set up favorites, etc. And you will see administration functions such as how to set up accesses, customize the solution, and more.
- Aero-Webb® Demo 2: Heavy Maintenance Management
Next, you will see an in-depth demo of the heavy maintenance management module, including key features to create and track: standard visit/check (including its structure), work package and visit folder dedicated to each aircraft. The functionality you will see includes:
- Preparing and setting up a standard visit/check:
– How to create / declare a standard visit regarding a product family and a maintenance plan;
– How to define its structure in terms of phases, sub-phases, tasks, and their execution order in the planning phase;
– The processes of validation and integration in the visit/check library.
- Preparing and carrying out a visit folder:
– Creation of a work package and visit folder according to an MSN, and based on a generic view of the library;
– How to customize a visit/check folder in terms of scheduling, milestones and critical path; – Declaration of a visit team, workload and qualification management;
– Tooling/workshop and consumption management;
– Visit logistics management;
– Defect processing.
- Receiving and closing the visit folder.
- Aero-Webb® Demo 3: Mobile Job Card App
Next, you will see a demo of the connected mobile Job Card and see how a technician can monitor its work orders and track its activity through a user-friendly tool dedicated to mobile usage. The functionality you will see includes:
- Access rights on work orders
- Presentation of “My Work Orders” screen including filtering and searching;
- Presentation of Work Order form dedicated to mobile usage with different tabs, including:
– Operations list;
– Installation/removal to perform;
– Links to documentation;
- Tracking Work Order activity:
– Maintenance operations;
– Logistics supply requests;
– Time tracking;
– Findings;
– Attachments such as photos.
- Closure of a work order with quality insurance.
