The Big Picture: The Comply365 Operational Performance Platform

Comply365 is uniquely positioned with the largest repository of operational data in the industry – spanning behavioural, procedural, safety, training, and regulatory content from over 550 customers across multiple domains. Today, this data sits in disconnected systems used by different airline departments, making collaboration difficult and limiting the value organizations can extract.

The unique Comply365 unified platform seeks to solve this by:

  • Connecting operational content, safety data, and training data into a cohesive, shared data model.
  • Delivering AI driven insight generation through AI innovation such as the Comply365 CoAnalyst, CoTrainer, and CoAuthor.
  • Enabling a common language across departments through harmonized taxonomies and data structures.

Why This Matters for Airlines

Airlines consistently report challenges that stem from fragmented systems:

  • Safety events take 9–12 months to translate into updated training – by which time multiple new issues have typically emerged.
  • Compliance and auditing require significant manual effort.
  • Change management is slow and inconsistent across operational units.
  • Airlines have a lot of data, but no online insights

By unifying the data landscape, Comply365’s platform unlocks new value:

  • Predictive and preventative safety insights
  • Real‑time compliance and readiness tracking
  • Operational efficiency through connected workflows
  • Faster, coordinated change management at scale
