  • Ideagen Demo 1: Safety Reports and Real-Time Data Reporting:
    Next you will see a demo of the solution, in which the Ideagen team will first address areas around the ICAO 4 pillars of Safety, with particular focus on the Pillars of Safety Assurance and Safety Risk Management where the demo will show the range of safety reports that can be created (ASR, CSR, GSR, etc), the configurable Workflows, and classification and reactive risk assessment – suitable for all Matrix’s: ICAO, EASA ERC.

    You will see how permissions driven safety reporting forms can be created, customized and completed with relevant links and embedded documents, diagrams and photos on a PC or on a mobile device, online or offline for all involved parties who need to know about the safety incident.

    Key workflows and functionality you will see include:

    – Customizable workflows with target completion date, tasks, stages (with stage owners), requests for information and how the owner can close a stage when complete.
    – How users can add attachments (images, evidence) and include any stakeholder in the incident into the workflow and investigation.
    – How a history of workflows allows users to identify trends and any underlying causes of safety incidents, plus how the system can work with third-party business intelligence tools.
    – How the system lets users link to regulators, or any useful resources, and monitor safety reports or search for trends and audit info.

  • Ideagen Demo 2: Proactive Auditing:
    The demo will then move to Proactive Auditing (any type of audit – Internal, external, regulator, supplier, IATA IOSA) and how that can be processed in the solution including the associated non-conformance / corrective action processes.

    Key workflows and functionality you will see include:

    – How the system enables users to plan, schedule, create and carry out an audit and how the audit can be viewed by date or as a planner which you can drill into for details of regularity, type of audit.
    – How users can look at all audits underway and see their progress through the stages on the audit journey.
    – How to create an audit workflow and customize the workflow, plus how the system ensures that all the tasks have been carried out to perform the audit.
    – How users can configure audit location(s) and scope(s) as well as the audit subject and then create relevant checklists.
    – How to list findings and add attachments, including audit summary, and link to existing report if events are linked and, how, as with reporting, audits can be configured with mandatory fields, plus how all relevant parties can view, including the full history of this and previous audits.
    – The app, as mentioned before in reporting, can work off-line, submit reports and complete audits with offline capability, and can do everything in the system even with no or poor Internet connectivity.

  • Ideagen Demo 3: Risk Management Module:
    The demo will finish with the Proactive Risk Management Module, where you will see how the safety reports link back into the Risk Registers. You will see how the Risk Module has the same common style of view with filters (owner, accountable individual, project type, status).

    As you will see, as well as a list of threats, control measures, mitigations and consequences, threats can be viewed as a Bowtie centring on the undesirable event in question, and you can zoom in for a specific element or zoom out for higher level view of a very big Bowtie. The Risk Module also enables you to see the history of a risk, what happened, how it was completed and who did it.

    Key workflows and functionality you will see include:

    – Add controls for mitigating different risks.
    – Add evidence and attachments such as photographs.
    – Look at historic risk assessments and assess whether they are getting better or worse.
    – Use decision aids that are available to help you bring together all of the information to inform a decision.
    – Create and schedule audit for risk to check that nothing is missed or in need of improvement and see whether this risk has been reported on elsewhere.
    – Connect to reports workflow.

The demo will walk you through how to conduct a quality assurance audit via the online and offline Auditor App. During this demo it will be also the very first time that ASQS presents its newest function, which is a fully integrated remote auditing feature. As you will see, with this feature, it is now easy to audit service providers, partners or remote locations through a completely secured live stream within the IQSMS framework. This new functionality assists users to significantly reduce costs for external audits.   3. IQSMS Demo 2: Reporting Module – Filing a Report, Risk Classification, Dashboard
    Next you will see a demo of the reporting module. As you will see the Reporting Module covers the entire hazard and occurrence reporting process for flight, cabin and ground operations, training, continuing airworthiness, maintenance, occupational health and safety, etc. To facilitate reporting when not at home base, IQSMS supports the report entry on tablets and smartphones, online and offline. The demo will walk you through filing a report offline; the risk classification of a report which is performed in accordance with the requirements of ICAO Doc. 9859 and ICAO Annex 19; and, finally, Dashboard statistics where key personnel can track safety performance indicators in real-time.

  4. IQSMS Demo 3: Risk+ Module – Create Risk Assessment and Risk Register
    You will next see a demo of the Risk Management Module and you will see how to easily create a risk assessment. You will also see how the Risk Register is automatically updated by IQSMS which supports internal risk management of all identified hazards. The focus lies on the identification of implemented safety controls.
