The demos will focus on the three core modules. Finally, you will see a demo of the Risk+ module and how to create a risk assessment and how the risk register is populated.

ASQS will then introduce you to additional modules and functionality including Airport and Flight Risk, Document Distribution, FDM, and more and you will see how the solution can be optimized and adapated to meet the requirements of each company. Finally, you will see the power of data integration for other company systems such as Crew Scheduling Software, Maintenance Planning, EFB, FDM, FOQA and Business Intelligence, and how this ensures the seamless flow of data into IQSMS and largely automates the entire safety and quality management process.

The Webinar is divided into the following key sections:

  1. An Introduction to ASQS and high-level overview of IQSMS and its Modules and Apps
    The Webinar begins with an introduction to ASQS and the IQSMS solution and Apps, including the three core modules – Quality, Risk +, and Reporting – plus the 5 expansion modules- Airport and Flight Risk, Document Distribution, Emergency Response Planning, FDM (Risk), Survey. You will see how the modules seamlessly integrate, sharing data and providing the tools to simplify and automate company-wide end-to-end safety, compliance and audit needs with online and offline Apps for quality assurance auditing, live regulator feeds live regulator feeds (including EASA, FAA, Transport Canada, IATA and many more), automated data integrations from key company systems, live dashboards showing status and reports, easy access for external auditors and for internal key personnel approvals, and lots more. You will also see how the solution can be optimized and adapted to meet the requirements of each company.

  2. IQSMS Demo 1: Quality Module – A Quality Assurance Audit via the Auditor App
    Next you will see demos of the key modules beginning with the Quality Management Module. The demo will walk you through how to conduct a quality assurance audit via the online and offline Auditor App. During this demo it will be also the very first time that ASQS presents its newest function, which is a fully integrated remote auditing feature. As you will see, with this feature, it is now easy to audit service providers, partners or remote locations through a completely secured live stream within the IQSMS framework. This new functionality assists users to significantly reduce costs for external audits. The demo will conclude by showing how easy it is to work on findings (non-compliance problems identified during an audit) in IQSMS and why the system therefore can be used without any training for internal and external auditees.  

  3. IQSMS Demo 2: Reporting Module – Filing a Report, Risk Classification, Dashboard
    Next you will see a demo of the reporting module. As you will see the Reporting Module covers the entire hazard and occurrence reporting process for flight, cabin and ground operations, training, continuing airworthiness, maintenance, occupational health and safety, etc. To facilitate reporting when not at home base, IQSMS supports the report entry on tablets and smartphones, online and offline. The demo will walk you through filing a report offline; the risk classification of a report which is performed in accordance with the requirements of ICAO Doc. 9859 and ICAO Annex 19; and, finally, Dashboard statistics where key personnel can track safety performance indicators in real-time.

  4. IQSMS Demo 3: Risk+ Module – Create Risk Assessment and Risk Register
    You will next see a demo of the Risk Management Module and you will see how to easily create a risk assessment. You will also see how the Risk Register is automatically updated by IQSMS which supports internal risk management of all identified hazards. The focus lies on the identification of implemented safety controls. All identified safety controls are continuously monitored for effectiveness, by linking the Risk Register with the other relevant IQSMS modules. Weaknesses in the organization are identified to perform timely risk identification and risk mitigation.

  5. The Importance and Benefits of Data and System Integrations
    Finally, you will see the power of data integration for other company systems and how this ensures the seamless flow of data into IQSMS and largely automates the entire safety and quality management process. Systems discussed for integration include:

    – Business Intelligence Software
    – Maintenance scheduling software
    – Electronic Flight Bag (EFB)
    – Document Management Software
