Support for the system is provided according to the tailored package required by each customer – 24/7 office-based support is standard.

Additional training can be accomplished as required by the customer. This can be provided on-site at the customer’s location, on-line or at Trax Offices. Documentation can be modified and developed according to the customer’s specification.

Implementation support can be provided at the level required by the customer. This may include elements of software modification and a data transfer from existing systems.

A project schedule can be developed for customers to meet their specific needs with relation to content and time-scale. Full time on-site project support can be provided as required by the customer.
