System requirements are defined for each customer as required.
Hardware
The eMRO system can be run under a number of different environments. Sample configurations for different numbers of users can be provided upon request.
Software
The eMRO system will require the Oracle database to be provided by the customer. Currently Oracle Server Version 11g is used by most customers.
eMRO uses an internet remote connection software (can use VPN Connection) to provide on-line support for customers. All connectivity is to be provided by the customer.
