Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 18th March 2021) and join the digital aviation manuals and dynamic content specialists at Yonder as they demonstrate how their powerful modular digital content management solution, Yonder Mind, provides airlines, operators and MROs with the one solution needed to import revisions directly from an OEM manual (Airbus or Boeing FCOM, MEL, etc.) and automatically synchronize the corresponding changes to their customized manuals (OM-B, etc.). Using demos of Yonder Mind, you will see how the solution automatically breaks down documentation into modular and dynamic content, enabling the synchronization process across manuals, and automating an often manual, labor intensive and error prone task.

During the Webinar, Yonder experts will also take you on a tour of the Yonder Mind solution.  You will see how Yonder Mind imports existing operational documentation and manuals in any format, and transforms them into dynamic content, with integrated editing, distribution, viewing and compliance tracking in a single platform.  You will see how pilots, cabin crew and engineers can seamlessly access, up-to-date, and role-specific content and manuals using the offline Yonder Mind App or Web Client, with additional powerful search functionality, so they can quickly find the information they require. You will also see how Yonder Mind configures personalized revision updates and links regulations (FAA, IOSA, EASA, etc.) directly to the corresponding content within a manual or document, thereby enabling automatic change notifications to be sent to key staff whenever a regulation changes.

This webinar is divided into three key parts:

  1. Industry Challenges: Manually Managing OEM Manuals and Operational Documentation
The Webinar begins with Yonder experts analyzing the challenges airlines, operators and MROs face in manually aligning revisions from an OEM manual (such as Airbus or Boeing FCOM, MEL, QRH, etc.), with their customized operation manuals, such as OM-B. As you will see, manually managing these change handling procedures leads to repetitive, and costly labor, and is error prone.
  1. Yonder Mind Demo 1: Manage OEM Manuals and Operational Documentation in One Solution
Next, using demos of Yonder Mind and an overview of Yonder’s approach to lean documentation management, you will see how the solution automatically breaks down the OEM manuals into modular and dynamic content which can be enriched with additional information, enabling the seamless automated process of synchronizing OEM revisions with operational documentation and manuals, even with complex changes and with operator customizations to the OEM revisions. As you will see separate workflows can be set up for every document and manual from different OEMs, all using the single solution.
  1. Yonder Mind Demo 2: Core Functionality – Seamlessly Access Manuals and Content
Finally, you will see a demo of Yonder Mind’s core functionality utilizing the unique modular approach to lean documentation management. Yonder experts will demonstrate how pilots, cabin crew and engineers can access, up-to-date, and role-specific content and manuals in a seamless manner using the powerful search functionality of the offline Yonder Mind App or Web Client to quickly find the information they require. You will also be shown how Yonder Mind can configure personalized revision updates and links regulations (FAA, IOSA, EASA, etc.) directly to the appropriate manual or document content, so that, whenever regulations change, notifications can be sent to key staff as appropriate for their role.
