John Barry, VP Business Development, Volartec, says of Alkym: “Should you be in the market for a new or replacement MRO software system many of our competitors will highlight the extensive functionality that their product will bring to your organisation. Others will concentrate on their lower price can meet your demanding budget. Why compromise when you should have both. That is what you get with Alkym – all the functionality at an affordable price.”

Alkym Customer Feedback

Volartec implemented Alkym at many new operators last year and the average time for the project was just 5 weeks. Here is what just few of those customers had to say about the experience:

Robert Chong-Seng, Head of Technical Support at Air Seychelles pointed to “the professional approach in the planning, implementation and management of the project.” And how the team “displayed so much enthusiasm, passion and focus all the while enjoying what they were doing. In particular we appreciated how they assisted us in using the scope of the project to ensure we were getting maximum value from our current maintenance program and practices. This was beyond the normal expectation but our team wanted to work closely with Volartec to ensure all the skill sets from both sides complemented each other.”

“What Alkym and Volartec did was highlighted that working inside any industry it is essential to offer value for money over your competitors whilst never compromising on the product you offer. At Enter Air that is our philosophy and in Volartec we have a partner that we feel can bring us exactly what we want at a price that we were willing to pay.”

Mariusz Olechno Board Member and Maintenance Director at Enter Air (Poland): “When it came to selecting software we wanted people who understood the Aviation business as much as the software sector. In Volartec we were very impressed with the pedigree of personnel that we meet with. We could see the system has all the functionality but further we knew the people behind it understood our business. For us this was critical.”
