Live Demonstration: Airvoyant – Agentic AI for MRO Procurement

A key highlight of this webinar will be a live demonstration of Airvoyant, AAR’s next-generation agentic AI procurement solution. As you will see, Airvoyant introduces a new approach to MRO supply chain management by using intelligent AI agents to:

  • Automatically identify and recommend optimal parts sourcing options;
  • Evaluate vendor performance and pricing in real time;
  • Generate and execute purchase orders with minimal manual intervention;
  • Continuously learn from historical transactions to improve decision-making.

During the demo, attendees will see how Airvoyant connects directly with eMRO and the broader supplier ecosystem to deliver a fully automated, end-to-end procurement workflow – from demand signal through to order placement and fulfillment tracking. This session will illustrate how agentic AI reduces manual workload, accelerates procurement cycles, and drives cost efficiencies – while maintaining full transparency and human oversight.

The Webinar is divided into the following five areas:

1. Overview of Trax Aviation Maintenance Digital Solutions

2. Trax Integrated Ecosystem, with ETL/ELB capabilities
Next, you will see Trax’s integrated ecosystem of solutions and mobile Apps, supporting line maintenance, heavy maintenance, component repair, and materials management. As you will see, the solutions work together seamlessly in the cloud to provide a complete, connected maintenance environment accessible from anywhere. This section will also feature an overview of Trax’s electronic technical logbook (ETL/ELB) capabilities, now live at several airlines worldwide, including the PilotLog and CabinLog Apps:

  • PilotLog: For pilots to log defects in flight and access defect history, record flight data, and take notes digitally, plus perform acceptance and closure of each flight, and more, reducing errors and improving communication with maintenance teams.
  • CabinLog: For cabin crew to report issues in real-time, enter seat mapping, defects, and more, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
  • QuickTurn: For maintenance crews to access and manage defects and close work orders; also for dent mapping, delays, troubleshooting, aircraft transitions, and dashboards displaying assignment by aircraft. The App is designed for fast-paced environments, allowing for immediate defect resolution and minimizing downtime.

3. TraxCloud Overview – Advanced Cloud Hosting
Next, you will learn about Trax’s advanced, fully managed secure cloud platform, TraxCloud, which hosts both eMRO and eMobility in a highly secure, aviation-optimized cloud environment, resulting in no infrastructure headaches, faster deployments, and seamless system updates. Backed by AAR’s global infrastructure, TraxCloud is complemented by Trax’s implementation services and 24/7 global support, ensuring customers benefit from a scalable, future-ready platform that evolves with their operational needs.

4. Live Demo: Airvoyant – Agentic AI for MRO Procurement
Next, you will see a demo of Airvoyant, the first agentic AI platform designed specifically for automated MRO parts procurement, and the newest addition to the AAR and Trax platform. Airvoyant introduces a new approach to MRO supply chain management. You will see both layers of the platform in action:

  • Airvoyant ONE, the foundational procurement platform that connects fragmented MRO systems and vendor data into a single solution, automating sourcing options and consolidating live inventory, quotes, documentation, and logistics across thousands of suppliers, with direct integration into eMRO. 
  • Airvoyant Agent Workforce, a team of specialized AI agents that analyze deals, optimize demand, and manage vendor performance in real time, offering recommendations with rationale and confidence scores, supporting both fully autonomous and human-assisted automation, and continuously learning from historical transactions and user interactions.

During the demo you will see how Airvoyant automatically identifies and recommends optimal parts sourcing options, evaluates vendor performance and pricing in real time, and generates and executes purchase orders with minimal manual intervention, all governed by the eMRO Agent Core with a human-in-the-loop approval gate. You will see the full end-to-end procurement workflow in action, from demand signal through to order placement and fulfilment tracking. As you will see, Airvoyant delivers lower total parts cost through more strategic, data-driven purchasing decisions; and protection of on-time performance by reducing procurement-driven delays and AOG exposure.

5. Trax Pro-Series: AI-Powered Analytics and Next-Generation MRO Apps
Next, you will be introduced to Trax’s Pro-Series, the AI and analytics layer of the platform delivering predictive insight built on a complete maintenance record.
