Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 15th October 2020) for a full overview and demo of ENVISON’s new digital Training Solution, from Rusada. During the Webinar you will see how airlines, operators, MRO facilities and OEMs of all sizes can streamline, digitize, and simplify their entire workforce training and qualifications management.  The demo of the system will walk you through how to create and manage both classroom and online training courses for employees, including advanced features such as linking of stamps, qualifications and skills to both courses and employees. As you will see, the system provides a complete company training management solution including creating feature rich electronic forms, capturing data in real-time, progress / qualification tracking, and compliance reporting. Powerful dashboards enable administrators to identify which employees require what training and when, in order to remain qualified and compliant.You will also see a snapshot diary showing scheduled courses including: numbers booked in for each course, total capacity for each course; and the functionality to allocate staff to certain courses when their qualifications are expiring; and lots more.

The Webinar is divided into three key sections:

  • ENVISION Training Solution Demo 1: Training and Qualifications Management:

    First, Rusada will demonstrate the process of assigning stamps, qualifications and skills to courses and employees, and how individual employee training schedules can be easily created using this information, ensuring that each employee remains fully qualified and compliant. You will see how this process powers dashboards enabling administrators to easily identify employees with upcoming qualification expirations, and, using the Training Board, to quickly allocate them to specific training courses.

  • ENVISION Training Solution Demo 2: Creation and Administration of Classroom Courses:

    Next, you will see how training courses for all areas of the business can be created and manged using ENVISION’s new Training solution, initially for the Classroom, from Ground Handling Equipment, to Pilot Simulator Training and Checks, from Human Resources to Engine Operations. You will see how to update the results of the training, assign qualifications to the courses and print certificates.

  • ENVISION Training Solution Demo 3: Creation and Administration of Online Courses:

    Finally, the webinar will take you through the process of easily creating and administering an online course, including: using the online course template designer to create the interactive course material; capturing data in real-time; how to create a course exam and how to complete it from a user’s perspective; how students who pass are processed and their details updated; how to reassign students who fail to upcoming courses in order for them to regain their qualification.

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of MRO software demonstrations from the World’s leading MRO IT Vendors.
