  5. S4A Smart DOC is a convenient and easy to use central repository for all types of operations-related documents. Smart DOC stores and makes available in whatever manner an airline wishes making retrieval fast and efficient.  
  6. S4A Smart COMM is the communication core of Smart PORTAL and provides a common platform for operational collaboration of staff involved in airline operations. It provides a common view of an airline’s operations critical information, automatic alerts are communicated in real time as changes occur and link’s the ground staff and the aircraft via ACARS.
