Flight Crew:

  • Access their briefing information for each flight, including company documents, weather information, NOTAMs, Maps.
  • See all scheduling and pairing information, roster swaps and remotely check-in. 
  • Receive real-time communications from OCC on the ground and in the air.

Cabin Crew:

  5. S4A Smart DOC is a convenient and easy to use central repository for all types of operations-related documents. Smart DOC stores and makes available in whatever manner an airline wishes making retrieval fast and efficient.  
  6. S4A Smart COMM is the communication core of Smart PORTAL and provides a common platform for operational collaboration of staff involved in airline operations. It provides a common view of an airline’s operations critical information, automatic alerts are communicated in real time as changes occur and link’s the ground staff and the aircraft via ACARS. The solution represents a major advance in streamlining and improving the airline communication processes.
  7. S4A Smart Mobile solutions are available as an extension to our web systems. Depending on an Airline’s requirements mobile version of a product can have the same or limited functionality as the standard version.
