Webinar Overview

Register to attend this Webinar to see a demo of the enhanced, real-time fleet status App, Airline Fleet View, from CrossConsense, including a game-changing new In-App Messenger feature allowing key personnel to exchange aircraft-specific messages ahead of each flight. As you will see Aircraft Fleet View, as used by leading airlines such as Wizz Air, Norse and Condor, provides key staff (maintenance, pilots, OCC, MCC, Fleet Managers) with a real-time view of the status of every aircraft in the fleet. The App can integrate with multiple backend systems so that users who do not have time or knowledge to dive into different systems, can be presented with only the most important info about a single aircraft, a range of aircraft, or the whole fleet. During the Webinar, experts from CrossConsense will demo the App’s key features following the workflows of key users. Pilots are able to see their aircraft’s technical status prior to any flight and can also communicate directly with CAMO for release prior to departure; Fleet Management / MCC can monitor and manage the entire fleet in real-time (AOGs, delays, cancellations, maintenance status, etc.), replacing static PDF Technical Status Reports from the briefing package with an interactive live status view; Maintenance Crews can see a comprehensive view of work orders and visualize ground times; and more.

You will also see innovative new functionalities, including the game-changing feature: the In-App Messenger, inspired by familiar messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Signal and Telegram. As you will see, this tool allows key personnel to exchange aircraft-specific messages directly within the app to expediate turnaround times and provide complete visibility ahead of each flight. Unlike external tools, all conversations are securely stored and accessible within a protected environment – ensuring traceability, compliance, and faster decision-making. Additional new features you will see include: advanced filtering options, workorder overview web integration, tailored views and warnings for pilots and maintenance personnel and an improved UI. Finally, the CrossConsense team will introduce you to some other modules within their My Aviation Apps ecosystem: Approval App to digitize and accelerate internal approval workflows; and AviationDW a powerful aviation data warehouse for KPI tracking and analytics.

The Webinar is divided into the following three key sections:

  1. Aircraft Fleet View App: Demos of Workflows for Key Personnel

First, the CrossConsense team will demo the core features and functionalities of Aircraft Fleet View.  The demos will walk you through real-life workflows:

    – Pilots: Access technical status before departure and communicate directly with CAMO for release prior to departure.
Fleet Management / MCC: Monitor AOGs, delays, and maintenance status in real-time.
Maintenance Crews: Visualize ground times and work packages without logging into backend systems.
Messaging in Context: See how crew members use the in-app messenger to exchange aircraft-specific updates, enabling faster decisions and streamlined coordination.

You will see how the app replaces static PDF reports with dynamic, interactive views – enabling faster responses and better coordination.

  2. Aircraft Fleet View App: Demos of Latest Innovations – In-App Messenger, etc.

Next, you will see the latest 2025 innovations of Aircraft Fleet View including a game-changing feature: the In-App Messenger. Inspired by familiar messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Signal and Telegram, this tool allows crew members to exchange aircraft-specific messages directly within the app. Unlike external tools, all conversations are securely stored and accessible within a protected environment – ensuring traceability, compliance, and faster decision-making.

    Additional enhancements include:
    – Flight Crew Mode: Tailored views and warnings for pilots and maintenance personnel.
Workorder Overview Web Integration: Direct links to AMOS for seamless maintenance coordination.
Advanced Filtering Options: Filter by AOC, aircraft type, and operational status across all modules
Improved UI & Event Handling: Enhanced visibility, better time markers, and intuitive empty-state visuals.

  3. My Aviation Apps Suite – Approval App; Aviation DW

Finally, while Aircraft Fleet View takes center stage, the CrossConsense team will also briefly introduce other modules within their My Aviation Apps ecosystem:

    – Approval App: Digitize and accelerate internal approval workflows. The right people can approve orders and other documents from their mobile device even when out of office, avoiding delays for maintenance workflows and costly waits for approvals when aircraft are AOG. The process ties into AMOS so that users don’t have to find a PC to log-in.
AviationDW: A powerful aviation data warehouse for KPI tracking and analytics. Aviation BW, in collaboration with BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight or others, prepares raw backend MRO system data for easy access and makes that data easily accessible and analysable.

You will see how these modules are designed to work seamlessly together, offering a scalable solution that grows with any airline’s needs.

Why Attend?

Whether you are in operations, maintenance, flight crew, or airline management, this webinar will demonstrate how My Aviation Apps can:

  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Enhance cross-departmental communication
  • Provide a centralized, user-friendly platform for fleet and workflow management
  • Support compliance and audit readiness through secure data logging
