Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 10th February 2022) to see the latest developments in aircraft maintenance data analytics via a demo and overview of Avilytics 4, the latest release of EXSYN’s popular nextgen analytics solution. Using demos of Avilytics 4, you will see how the solution utilizes real-time data analytics to provides airlines and MRO’s with the tools to easily introduce advanced analytics capabilities which can increase fleet availability and reliability; optimize aircraft costs and efficiency; and reduce unscheduled aircraft ground time.  You will see how predictive analytics algorithms and machine learning are used to build AOG risk profiles for each aircraft in the fleet at any given time, providing real-time clear dashboards and reports identifying upcoming potential problems, such as component failure, that can be dealt with during scheduled maintenance rather than leading to costly AOGs. You will also see the latest updates and features, including the new advanced GUI; the ability for users to build bespoke dashboards and widgets; how the solution can track the effectiveness of aircraft maintenance programs and suggest tasks to maximize efficiency; how users can instantly create their own fleet technical reliability report; and how Avilytics detects and monitors the relationship between component failures and operational usage, based on flight data, allowing airlines to model aircraft component behaviour under different flight conditions.

The Webinar is divided into the following key sections:

  • Overview of Avilytics and what’s new in Avilytics 4 including the new advanced GUI
The Webinar begins with an overview of the functional scope of Avilytics, including the AOG Risk Monitor Suite, as well as a deeper understanding of the underlying data warehouse. Then you will be taken on a tour of Avilytics 4, including the new GUI designed to enable self-service analytics.
  • Avilytics 4 Demo 1: Developer – build bespoke Dashboards, Graphs and Reports
Next you will see a demo of the new Developer feature, which allows users to build their own dashboards, graphs, and widgets on top of the existing Avilytics functions and data warehouse. You will also see how to customize existing graphs to match a specific airline’s or MRO’s requirements and how to deploy the custom built dashboards and widgets company-wide (not just to other Avilytics users).
  • Avilytics 4 Demo 2: Aircraft Maintenance Program effectiveness
Then you will see a new feature which uses advanced algorithms to identify the effectiveness of aircraft maintenance programs and suggest tasks within the program that are potential candidates for escalation or de-escalation of the interval.
  • Avilytics 4 Demo 3: Instantly build your own Fleet Reliability Report
Next you will see a new feature that allows users to configure, build and run their own periodic fleet technical reliability report.  You will see how to dive into analysis instantly and directly, and initiate reliability improvements – no time lost on data gathering and report building as well as create intuitive dashboards and an offline shareable fleet reliability report.  Recommended reliability improvement actions are automatically identified based on unscheduled component removals, pilots’ reports raised, maintenance defects raised as well as delays and cancellations caused by technical reasons.
  • Avilytics 4 Demo 4: Flight Data Parameter Condition Monitoring for Component Failures
The final demo will showcase a new feature detecting and monitoring relationships between component failures and aircraft operational usage based on flight data parameter processing. You will see how Avilytics merges statistical modelling with machine learning algorithms, maintenance data and flight data to model aircraft component functional behaviour under different flight conditions. This demo will model a specific example of an Anti-Ice Pressure Regulating Shutoff Valve.
  • Avilytics Onboarding and MRO / M&E System Integration
Finally, you will see how Avilytics can be integrated with any MRO / M&E or company IT solutions and can be easily deployed at all airlines, operators and MRO facilities worldwide with any fleet type.

About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of Flight Operations software demonstrations from the World’s leading Flight Operations IT Vendors.
