There is an increasing desire amongst Aircraft Operators and MRO’s to move into the paperless world, especially as regulators and lessors becoming more accepting of digital aircraft records. However, despite advances in the mobile technologies which can support this move, if efficiencies are to be maximised, it is not enough to simply digitize traditional paper task cards. During the Webinar you will see how the ENVISION electronic task card solution gives users the capability to create and manage Aircraft Maintenance Programmes and related Task Cards and how these can be used to efficiently support paperless maintenance operations.
The software demos of the ENVISION Electronic Task Card Solution are divided into three key sections:
Demo 1: Managing OEM supplied Digital Data
The Webinar begins with an overview of the ENVISION OEM data import solution which enables users to capitalise on the value of digital MPD, AMM, IPC data which is increasingly available from Aircraft manufacturers. You will see how easy it is to create your Aircraft Maintenance Programme based on the MPD and create related full procedure task cards based on the AMM.
Demo 2: Editing and Customising Task Cards
In the second part of the demo, Rusada experts will guide you through the process of editing and customising the structure of the Task Cards, this will include splitting Tasks into Sub-Tasks, adding sign-off requirements and providing the facility for feedback to be captured during maintenance execution.
Demo 3: Task Card Execution
In the third and final part of the demo, the webinar will take you through the process of building electronic Work Orders, allocating Tasks to Engineers and executing and signing off Tasks through the Engineers portal / app.
