Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 11th December 2025) to see how the latest technology transforms raw flight data into accurate, traceable, and actionable insights; connecting, powering, and automating every stage of the flight process, from digital dispatch to post flight reporting and analytics, to advanced new real-time flight deck EFB features, via a demo of skybook, from Bytron aviation Systems – the popular EFB solution with integrated dispatch, as used by more than 150 airlines of all sizes and fleet types worldwide. During the Webinar, you will see how skybook utilizes flight data to give full real-time visibility for every sector, helping airlines reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy, and strengthen compliance across their operations. Using demos of the solution, the Bytron team will showcase real-world workflows utilizing key and new features beginning with dispatch status showing how operators can monitor sector progress in real-time with auto-updates each time a pilot takes actions on the EFB, from voyage download to the EFB to post-flight sign-off, providing total transparency across each stage of flight. Next you will see the flight deck EFB App for smarter operations, with integrated briefing packs, live weather overlays, document library, OFP, and more; designed to simplify workflows, and ensure critical data is captured.

Next you will see some new developments such as multi-sector briefing which allows pilots to prepare for multiple legs in one seamless view, and enhanced device sync to keep briefing data and journey logs aligned across connected crew devices. Finally, you will see how airlines and operators can correct post-flight records (such as fuel or time data) and store securely whilst maintaining full audit traceability and improving data for compliance, analysis and performance tracking. The demo will show how users can then turn the flight data into insights through powerful dashboards, including on-time performance, fuel efficiency, sector summaries with years of comparison data, and more.

The Webinar is divided into the following key demos:

  • skybook Demo 1: Dispatch status & Data Traceability
First you will see how operators can monitor sector progress in real time through the dispatch portal, with automatic status updates every time a pilot takes key actions on the EFB. Each event, from voyage download to post-flight sign-off, is logged with timestamps, usernames, and fuel order details, giving operations a full audit trail and total transparency across every stage of flight.

  • skybook Demo 2: Admin Customization & Control
Next you will learn how admin users can tailor skybook to match operational needs, the settings give operations teams complete control, including EFB application customization settings, while keeping data integrity and compliance front of mind.

  • skybook Demo 3: EFB App for Smarter Operations
The next demo will explore how skybook supports flight crews with integrated briefing packs, live weather overlays, document library access, and dynamic forms; all designed to simplify workflows and ensure critical data is captured accurately throughout the flight.

  • skybook Demo 4: New Features – Multi-sector briefing, device sync & flight phase workflow
Next you will see some new features. Discover how multi-sector briefing feature allows pilots to access and prepare for multiple legs in one seamless view, reducing time and improving readiness between flights. The enhanced device sync keeps briefing data, journey logs and forms aligned across connected devices, ensuring that crews always have the latest updates. The flight phase workflow tracks key flight stages and records critical data points, reducing manual input and enhancing accuracy.

  • skybook Demo 5: Editable Post-Flight Records in Record Vault
Then you will learn how admin users can now correct fuel or time data directly within record vault, maintaining full audit traceability while improving data accuracy for compliance, fuel analysis and performance tracking.

  • Skybook Demo 6: Reporting & Analytics
See how skybook turns flight data into meaningful insights through powerful dashboards. Including on-time performance, fuel efficiency and sector summaries with up to five years of flight history, enabling smarter operational analysis and continuous improvement.

Q&A Session
The webinar concludes with a live Q&A, where attendees can ask questions and explore how skybook can support their flight operations.
