Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 15th February 2024) to see a demo of the popular next generation long-range aircraft maintenance planning solution Aerros from Aerostrat.  As you will see, Aerros, as used by airlines, operators, and MROs, such as FedEx, JetBlue, Southwest, Airborne M&E, provides base maintenance planning teams large and small with the key tools and advanced functionality needed to make building, maintaining, and iterating long-range maintenance plans painless. Using demos of the solution, the Aerostrat team will show how to create 10+ year forecasts in minutes, not weeks, whilst taking each company’s unique operational constraints, aircraft utilization and entire MPD (Maintenance Planning Document) into account. As you will see, with constraint considerations ranging from available allocations, yield targets, and vendor specialization to granular labor power availability and more, users can quickly build highly detailed and achievable maintenance plans. The demos will then walk through key Aerros differentiators, seen through the lens of the most common use-cases, as well as showcasing key features such as the read-only production schedule and scenario (what-if) capabilities; real-time collaboration; data clusters – to run what-if scenarios beyond real-world data; auto-scheduling; loadouts; and aircraft timeline; all allowing users to quickly build long-range maintenance schedules, understand their outcomes, and plan for a changing future.

In addition to planning the optimum maintenance schedules, you will see how Aerros provides decision makers with the data they need to make quantitative decisions both inside the product and within their own BI platforms. As you will see, Aerostrat customers are able to ingest Aerros data to publish custom reports and combine data models with Aerros data to build rolling budgets and communicate critical planning information companywide.  This provides a deep understanding of maintenance costs with the ability to quickly iterate and understand the future financial impacts of choices made today.  Finally, you will see some real-world results showing how Aerros customers have reported lower maintenance costs and higher aircraft utilization due to powerful forecasting and yield targeting capabilities.

The Webinar is divided into 5 key sections:

  1. Aerostrat Overview:
Aerostrat was founded in 2015 and is the fastest-growing and largest company in the planning space. Today, Aerros plans over 4000 aircraft for both MROs and Operators and works for airlines of any size, fleet type, and configuration. Aerostrat builds and innovates quickly with a customer-obsessed focus; plus, releases monthly updates, builds features alongside customers, and ensures they follow the highest industry security and compliance standards.

  2. Aerros Demo 1: The Aerros Approach, plus key what-if features:
The demo will start with a baseline understanding of how Aerros is structured, and how that structure enables operational efficiency at its core. You will see key concepts that will give you a strong understanding of how users interact with the platform to view, maintain, and share their maintenance schedules on a daily basis.  This section will highlight the most foundational features, including the read-only production schedule and scenario (what-if) capabilities which, combined, allow users to make decisions and provide their organizations with a single version of truth.

  3. Aerros Demo 2: Customization and Constraints:
Next you will see a high-level understanding of the various constraints the system supports, how these constraints can be customized, and how Aerostrat ensures that customers’ M&E systems provide the data necessary to keep plans up to date.  With flexible constraint management, including but not limited to task yields, aircraft allocations, labor & track availability, and more, Aerros helps plan within operational constraints and understand the future requirements of any operation.  The demo will show the loadouts functionality, which ensures every stakeholder sees their most critical datapoints, as well as data clusters, which allow for what-ifs beyond a user’s real-world data.

  4. Aerros Demo 3: The Scheduling Experience – Maintenance Planner Workflow:
This section will give you a glimpse at how Aerros takes the constraints and concepts from the previous sections and enables users to efficiently build detailed long-range plans. The demo will highlight the functions that have driven the most results for the customer base. You will see key daily-workflows and the most utilized Aerros functionalities, including auto-scheduling, loadouts, and aircraft timeline.

  5. Aerros Demo 4: Decision Making – Data Integration with BI Platforms:
Plans change and reacting should be quick and painless. This section focuses on how Aerros provides decision makers with the data they need to make quantitative decisions both inside the product and within their own BI platforms. This section will focus largely on in-product metrics and how Aerros easily connects to customers’ business intelligence platforms.
