Register to attend this Webinar to see how a new generation of disruption management tools, powered by the latest technology is transforming airline Operations Control Centers (OCCs), via a demo of Flightscape’s Unified Task Board Solution (UTB), from CAE.  As you will see UTB, as used by airlines worldwide such as Turkish Airlines and Azul, optimizes disruption and recovery management by integrating previously siloed data from multiple operational systems (flight, crew, airport, legacy, Gate, OCC) into a single dashboard so that controllers, dispatchers, crew schedulers and airport teams all work from the same live picture of the operation. Via a demo of the solution, you will see how disruption scenarios, such as delays, aircraft swaps, gate changes, crew legality issues, or weather and ATC constraints, are automatically translated in real-time into clear, prioritized tasks with proposed recovery scenarios, allowing OCC teams to manage by exception, coordinate faster across roles, and evaluate solution trade-offs to identify the most beneficial resolution pathway. 

By cutting through the noise and automatically organizing alerts to surface what matters most, the webinar will demonstrate how the Unified Task Board helps airlines to quickly understand the impact of each day-of-operation disruption, explore multiple compliant and cost-effective recovery options, and follow the best solution, supporting on-time performance, operational resilience, and a better passenger experience.

The webinar is divided into the following key sections:

  1. An Introduction to CAE and the need to Digitize Flight Operations
    First, a quick intro to CAE, which is backed by a record of 75 years of industry firsts. CAE continues to reimagine the customer experience and revolutionize training and operational support solutions in civil aviation, business aviation, defense and security. The session begins by exploring the challenges airline OCCs face today and why traditional systems and fragmented workflows are no longer able to cope with the pace, frequency, and complexity of irregular operations. With disruptions caused by weather, ATC restrictions, crew legality, aircraft availability, airport constraints, and rapidly changing regulatory pressures, OCC teams are expected to make faster decisions with greater precision, often while operating across disconnected systems and communication channels. As you will see, airlines require a new digital foundation that provides complete operational context in one place, supporting smarter recovery decisions, improved resilience, reduced costs, and better passenger outcomes.

  2. Introducing Flightscape and the Unified Task Management Strategy
    Next, the Flightscape team will introduce the Unified Task Board and explain how it forms part of the broader Flightscape operations platform powered by CAE. You will learn how Flightscape was engineered from the ground up as a cloud-native, role-specific, and mobile-enabled environment that eliminates silos, consolidates information from multiple sources, and enables OCC teams to coordinate decisions at speed. As you will see, Flightscape brings together data from flight operations, crew management, airport operations, and other critical systems to create one shared operational picture, allowing teams to manage by exception, respond faster, and optimize resources across the network.

  3. Product Demo – Unified Task Board: A Single Operational Picture
    You will then be taken through a live demo of the Unified Task Board, showcasing how disruptions are automatically surfaced as categorized tasks, prioritized based on impact and urgency, and enriched with real-time operational context to support rapid, consistent, informed decisions. You will see how the Unified Task Board translates complex operational events, such as delays, cancellations, aircraft swaps, gate changes, or weather impacts into clear recovery options with actionable insights shared across roles. The demo will highlight how OCC controllers, dispatchers, crew schedulers, airport teams, and other stakeholders gain visibility into both the problem and the resolution path, reducing communication loops, removing manual coordination, and ensuring every decision is aligned, documented, and measurable.

  4. What’s Next: Intelligent Task Optimization and Automated Recovery
    Finally, the Flightscape team will provide a forward-looking view of how the Unified Task Board serves as a foundation for intelligent task optimization and future automated recovery capabilities. You will learn how Flightscape is evolving toward automated solution generation, supporting OCC teams with cost-based recovery scenarios, disruption impact forecasting, and intelligent recommendations informed by operational context and airline policy. As you will see, the Unified Task Board is not only simplifying day-of-operations collaboration it is laying the groundwork for the next evolution of disruption management, where airlines benefit from faster outcomes, greater operational stability, improved passenger experience, and more resilient operations across the network.
