Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 4th December 2025) and see how advanced AI agents, automated workflows, and integrated risk intelligence are reshaping aviation Safety Management with compliance monitoring, via a demo of the popular Ideagen SMS platform. As you will see, the platform, as used by over 150,000 daily users across 250+ airlines, operators, MROs, airports, ground handlers, regulators, and more – including British Airways, Emirates, Ryanair, AirAsia, and HAECO – provides users with advanced tools to reduce manual effort, enhance visibility, and assist safety teams to shift from reactive to proactive prevention.  During the Webinar, Ideagen experts will demo the platform’s core SMS functionality, from audit and compliance management with configurable checklists, findings tracking and CAPA, to Risk Management supported by hazard registers, mitigation tracking and bow-tie analysis, as well as desktop and mobile safety reporting, and more. You will then see the future of the Safety Management with an exclusive first look and demo of Ideagen’s embedded aviation-specific AI Agent, Mazlan that analyses reports, highlights risks, flags compliance gaps, and compresses hours of work into minutes while keeping full user control. Following real-world workflows, the demos will show how AI-driven conversational report submissions reduce incomplete reports by up to 40%; how natural-language queries generate instant SAG (Safety Action Group) ready insights, reducing prep time from 3 hours to 10 minutes; and how automated event closure can process multiple safety events with compliance-ready documentation in minutes.

You will see how Ideagen’s next generation SMS platform, purpose built for aviation, transforms aviation safety programs with embedded AI that automatically prioritizes risks, accelerates investigations, and frees safety professionals to focus on prevention, not paperwork.
