It has been estimated that electronically generated task cards can increase maintenance efficiency to a level that can reduce the downtime for a heavy base check on a widebody, for example, by 15-20%*. With these potentially huge savings for all aircraft types and maintenance checks, having a streamlined system to electronically generate and publish job and task cards for each element of maintenance is an aim of many airline engineering departments and independent MRO providers.
Using the powerful InForm Documentation Management Software System from IDMR Solutions as a guide this Webinar will walk you through the process of generating electronic task cards step by step including: creating, importing, integration with M&E Solutions, revising, publishing, exporting and electronic signatures.

You will see how to seamlessly push all the data enteredin InForm directly to the M&E system; no dual entry required! The automatedworkflow is configured to push Task Card data to the M&E system as soon asthe card is approved.
Step 4 – Printing / Work Packages / More Integration
Press print from the integrated M&E systems or print from the planningscreen. Within minutes you will get an email and a link to a bunch of reports(all fully customizable) and your work order. Reports include MaterialRequired, Man Hours, Tooling, Dynamic Open/Close Panel Listings, and TallySheet…. About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:
Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.
The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.
Each Webinar session is recorded and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provide an invaluable reference source of MRO software demonstrations from the World’s leading MRO IT Vendors.
