They will show how it answers questions that used to take weeks, sometimes months, in a few minutes. There is no need for you to write any code. Generic AI has never been more capable. Today’s leading models solve reasoning tasks that were out of reach only two years ago. But capability is not the same as usefulness inside an airline. General AI tools are built for everyone, so they fit no single industry precisely. They do not know the technical context of flight data. And they cannot guarantee data privacy, which most airlines treat as a firm requirement.

1. StorkJet Company and Solutions Overview
The Webinar opens with a short introduction to StorkJet and to the problems the company has heard in hundreds of airline meetings over the last 12 years. It then presents the full AI-driven fuel efficiency portfolio built to solve those problems. This includes the newest product and the main subject of the Webinar: LAB, an AI analytical environment that brings data from across the portfolio into one place.
2. AI in Aviation
This section explains what large language models are and how they have developed. You will see the challenges that are specific to aviation, and four reasons why generic LLMs fail to solve them. The section closes with a view of what comes next. Access to AI will soon be normal for every airline, so access itself is no longer an advantage. The advantage belongs to airlines that use AI built for this industry, and the first to adopt it will benefit most.
3. LAB – Live Platform Demo
Ogulcan Demirhan opens the platform and runs a complete analysis live, from the first question to the final chart. He writes no code by hand.
He begins by asking LAB to describe, in its own words, which data it can reach. He then shows what LAB can build with that data: multi-flight aggregations, second-by-second QAR analysis, a comparison of the flight plan against the flight as actually flown, interactive maps, trajectories and vertical profiles.
The main demo follows one real fuel question from start to finish. Normally this question means combining several data sets by hand. Here it takes a few prompts, and each answer leads to the next question.

LOT Polish Airlines – Overburn attribution. “We burned more fuel than planned. Why?” Most fuel teams answer this question manually, one flight at a time. See how LAB divides a single flight into every cause of the overburn, measured in kilograms. It shows not only how much fuel was lost, but where.
LOT Polish Airlines – STAR optimization. Every arrival exists in two versions: the STAR in the flight plan, and the shorter route the aircraft actually flies. Few airlines have ever compared the two systematically. The difference is fuel that the aircraft carries for the whole flight and never uses. See what one full year of flights reveals, and how this changes flight planning and discussions with the CAA.
Wizz Air – Cost attribution for ice-shedding procedures. This procedure does not appear in the flight plan, and it lasts only seconds during taxi. So what does it actually cost? See how LAB calculates the figure, and what that figure means for taxi fuel planning.
Air Astana – Dynamic Cost Index: adoption vs. compliance. A new policy is easy to introduce. Confirming that crews apply it is much harder. Air Astana now calculates a cost index for each individual flight, and it asked LAB two questions: does the correct index reach the flight plan, and does the aircraft fly it? You will see both answers, and what the airline changed as a result.
