Demo 1: ULTRAMAIN M&E / MRO – Mobile Mechanic
First up, Mobile Mechanic will demonstrate how airlines and MROs across the world are moving towards complete paperless operations, even (in the case of MROs) when they are provided paper task cards / packages by their customers. You will see how ULTRAMAIN scans and generates electronic task cards, how check package templates are used to quickly perform production plans, and how mobile devices are used in all aspects of execution from employee assignment, to clocking on / off task cards. Technicians can access all task cards electronically, receive job assignments in real time from maintenance control, and manage the entire work process on mobile devices. Finally you will see how the signed task cards can be packaged and provided back to the customer.
Demo 2: ULTRAMAIN Electronic Logbook (ETL/ELB)
Next you will see a live demo and full overview of one of the industry’s market leading Electronic Logbook (ETL/ELB) solution and how it is used by different customers today. You will see how the solution fully replaces the traditional paper technical logbook with an electronic version, allowing Maintenance, Flight Crew, and Cabin Crew to perform electronic sign-offs as well as real-time flight deck, cabin and damage log fault reporting, and lots more…
You will also see some of ULTRAMAIN ELB v2’s key features including its asynchronous replication, multiple device architecture, how it is designed to work offline, and how it will route messages to / from the Ground System automatically anytime a communication is established. The solution is compliant with ATA Spec 2000, Chapter 17 v4.0 which provides two-way integration between any M&E System and the Electronic Logbook.
