Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 27th February 2020) and join the paperless solutions specialists at Ultramain, as they walk you through demos of their market leading Electronic Logbook (ETL / ELB) solution, ULTRAMAIN ELB v2.0, along with Mobile Mechanic for paperless aircraft M&E. During the Webinar you will see how ULTRAMAIN software, as used by airlines, aircraft operators, MROs and others across the world, provides a truly paperless experience, fully replacing paper technical logs, task cards and other forms, and can easily integrate with existing systems.
The Webinar begins with an overview of ULTRAMAIN’s two paperless product lines ELB and M&E / MRO, highlighting technology advancements and outlining how ULTRAMAIN customers have gained regulatory approval for full paperless operations. Then, you will see how the solutions execute common workflows including releasing aircraft for flight, reporting defects and the resolution of those defects. You will also see how to customize functionality within the solutions to match your exact requirement.
You will then see in-depth demos of the following paperless solutions:
Demo 1: ULTRAMAIN M&E / MRO – Mobile Mechanic
First up, Mobile Mechanic will demonstrate how airlines and MROs across the world are moving towards complete paperless operations, even (in the case of MROs) when they are provided paper task cards / packages by their customers. You will see how ULTRAMAIN scans and generates electronic task cards, how check package templates are used to quickly perform production plans, and how mobile devices are used in all aspects of execution from employee assignment, to clocking on / off task cards. Technicians can access all task cards electronically, receive job assignments in real time from maintenance control, and manage the entire work process on mobile devices. Finally you will see how the signed task cards can be packaged and provided back to the customer.
Demo 2: ULTRAMAIN Electronic Logbook (ETL/ELB)
Next you will see a live demo and full overview of one of the industry’s market leading Electronic Logbook (ETL/ELB) solution and how it is used by different customers today. You will see how the solution fully replaces the traditional paper technical logbook with an electronic version, allowing Maintenance, Flight Crew, and Cabin Crew to perform electronic sign-offs as well as real-time flight deck, cabin and damage log fault reporting, and lots more…
You
will also see some of ULTRAMAIN ELB v2’s key features including its
asynchronous replication, multiple device architecture, how it is designed to
work offline, and how it will route messages to / from the Ground System
automatically anytime a communication is established. The solution is
compliant with ATA Spec 2000, Chapter 17 v4.0 which provides two-way
integration between any M&E System and the Electronic Logbook. Watch
Ultramain describe and demo ELB v2 architecture, operating concepts and all the
cool new attributes and features of the product.
About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:
Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.
The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.
Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of MRO software demonstrations from the World’s leading MRO IT Vendors.
