Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 20th February 2020) and join the Digital Flight Operations Manuals and Intelligent Information specialists at Viasat as they walk you through Aerodocs, their industry leading XML-powered digital documents, manuals and compliance solution. During the Webinar you will see how Aerodocs is assisting airlines of all sizes and fleet types around the world to transform their flight operations processes by providing the future of digital manuals and intelligent information, with integrated editing, distribution and viewing functionality in a single platform. You will also see a demo of the new AeroDocs iPad EFB viewer (also available in a Web Viewer for non iOS devices) which provides pilots and crew with seamless access to the most up-to-date manuals and information in the cockpit with advanced bookmarking, grouping, annotating and search functionality.
During the Webinar Viasat experts outline the four stages of the intelligent manuals / information lifecycle: 1. Plan; 2. Create; 3. Use; 4. Improve. You will see how to convert manuals into a digital format and how all users can suggest updates to content and manuals leading to continuous improvements in real-time, company-wide. You will then see airline case studies, showcasing typical Aerodocs deployments and how some of the world’s largest airlines are benefiting from the platform; followed by an in-depth demo of the iPad EFB Viewer App.
The Webinar is divided into four key sections:
- Intelligent Information / Manuals and a Single Source of Truth (SSoT) for all Company Manuals and Content
You will see how Aerodocs transforms Manuals and Content into digital and intelligent information, allowing pilots and other key staff to access the right information, in the right place at the right time. Also see how Aerodocs provides instant access to and a single source of truth for all manuals and content in Flight Operations and across the whole company – no more crucial time wasted searching for information. - A Document / Manual Lifecycle
The four stages of the document lifecycle are: Plan, Write, Publish, Review. Viasat experts discuss how Aerodocs provides the complete information lifecycle and emphasise how the published information can be used for live Flight Operations, by pilots and other key front-line staff. - Aerodocs – Airline Case Studies and Typical Deployment
You will see how Aerodocs is typically deployed, including the Flight Operations Manuals conversion process to a digital and intelligent format, and how large airlines leverage the full range of functionality to deliver company-wide benefits. - Aerodocs Demo: iPad EFB Viewer App and the User Experience
