Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 14th November 2019) for a full overview and demo of the powerful, end-to-end, integrated digital document and content management system InfoPrompt from Laminaar. As you will see InfoPrompt provides airlines, aircraft operators and MRO facilities of all sizes and fleet type with one central digital library for storage and retrieval of all documents, manuals and third-party Apps in all formats (DOCs, PDF, HTML, etc); including OEM technical manuals and documents, and company documents, such as technical records, generated in day-to-day operations. You will see how InfoPrompt also provides the tools required to efficiently manage OEM manuals and company content (author, revise and distribute) in multiple formats, and provides pilots, cabin crew and engineers with quick access to the latest, up-to-date manuals and content via the Mobile App (online and offline).

The Webinar is divided into three key sections:

Using demos of InfoPrompt you will see how librarians and Admin can easily create one central company-wide digital technical library for all documents, manuals, Apps, technical publications, etc. in all formats (PDF, DOCs, HTML) and apply metadata fields to improve search functionality. The library also includes integrated scanner support for digitizing paper and content. You will see how librarians can easily and securely control user access to key documents and files.
  2. Pilot, Cabin Crew, Engineer Web and Mobile App – eDocs Reader
Next you will see how Pilots, Cabin Crew and Engineers can login to the InfoPrompt eDoc Reader, using any IT platform, device or accompanying App, online or offline to access and easily search through all their key technical documentation, including third-party Apps, latest up-to-date manuals, and company documents. From a compliance perspective, librarians can ensure the latest versions of OEM manuals are reliably distributed to key personnel.
  3. Authoring and Publishing Manuals and Content
