The Webinar is divided into the following key sections:

  1. Yonder Mind Product Overview, including Modules and Dynamic Content
    The Webinar begins with Yonder experts providing a full overview of the four core modules that form the all-in-one cloud-based SaaS document management solution Yonder Mind: YM Web Client, YM Offline App, YM Editor, and the overarching YM Workflow for compliance tracking / approvals and a full audit / revision trail for each document or manual. You will see how the modules seamlessly integrate and how the solution generates dynamic content by breaking up existing manuals and documents into small ‘information modules’ which are enriched with additional information like tags and roles. As you will see, dynamic content also eliminates duplication as the same information can be used and updated in multiple documents or manuals.

  2. Demo 1: Seamlessly Access Manuals and Content Online or Via the Online / Offline YM App
    Next, you will see a demo of YM Web Client and YM Offline App which allows pilots, cabin crew, engineers and other key personnel to seamlessly access up-to-date, content and manuals, with additional powerful search functionality, so they can quickly find the information they require.  Dynamic content ensures that all the information instantly available to each user is based on the user’s role, task, or specific flight information.  As you will see the modules are also used by subject matter experts and approvers to view content or initiate and approve change requests.  Users can also enter personalized revision updates or notes into content or manuals to make it easier to for them to find important information, or alert administrators to requested changes. Finally, you will see the new Flashcards that showcase new procedures or content, so the user can quickly see what’s new and needs their attention.

  3. Demo 2: Managing Revisions Efficiently and Reliably – Workflows, Automated, Approvals
    The next demo will take you through managing content and manuals revisions processes, following efficient and reliable workflows, plus automated OEM revision feeds and how external authorities (such as CAA) make approvals. You will see how Yonder Mind provides all the tools needed to manage the complex revision process easily and safely with full audit trail for compliance. You will also see how to set up automated revision feeds with OEMs, with Airbus and Boeing OEM Manuals and Operators’ Manuals examples shown, as well as Lido Route Manuals and OM-C revisions.  Finally, you will see how external authorities (such as the CAA, FAA, etc.) can easily and independently log into the platform to approve revisions.

  4. Demo 3: Managing Content Dependencies – Powerful Link Engine, Reused Content
    In the final demo you will see some of the new, advanced and unique features included within the Yonder Mind platform, including the powerful link engine which monitors compliance and internal links across the entire document and manual library. You will also see how to manage multi-language manuals and how to avoid outdated and labor intensive content duplicates across different manuals and content by using reused content.

  5. Customer Journey: Case studies, Onboarding and Support
    Finally, you will hear some customer case studies, and also learn about the Onboarding and Support processes for new customers.  As you will see, Yonder offers a tailor-made Onboarding Service to accommodate for different needs, ranging from using standard workflow templates and video tutorials to tailor-made setup and configuration with on-site training.  Legacy documents can be made available in Yonder Mind as raw imports or finalized by Yonder on the customers behalf, allowing for a quick transition to Yonder Mind without the need for additional internal resources.

About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues.
