Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 4th July 2024) and see how the latest digital technology is reshaping aviation safety management, via a demo of SafetyNet, from Comply365, as used by leading airlines, aerospace, defense and regulatory organizations worldwide such as Delta, easyJet, Norwegian, and more, to modernize and streamline safety, compliance and risk management processes.  During the Webinar, the SafetyNet demo will follow a step-by-step guide on how to implement a powerful and intuitive end-to-end Risk Management process for a typical airline, showcasing the dynamic and automated features whilst meeting stringent regulatory standards for ICAO, IATA, EASA, FAA and more.  The demo will show how to perform risk assessments and verify and monitor the effectiveness of the safety control action taken over time. The Comply365 team will also highlight some advanced features and new technology to transform safety practices, including harnessing the power of the mobile App allowing users to submit safety reports and check-lists in real-time both online and offline; utilizing data to automate form entry and run real-time compliance and audit reports; discover how AI can transform safety with suggested check-lists from regulatory documents, and predicted risk levels and suggested mitigations for safety reports; leverage safety data for real-time BI and data analytics reporting; all with the ultimate goal of generating a highly proactive safety culture.

The Webinar begins with a look at the airline industry’s latest safety challenges and safety technology trends, particularly against a backdrop of increasing operational complexity and an elevated demand for air travel, which are accelerating the need for greater digitization of safety practices and investment in advanced technology such as AI.  During the Webinar you will see how SafetyNet addresses these challenges to provide a single, scalable platform for capturing, analysing, and managing safety data in real-time.

The Webinar is divided into four key sections:

  • SMS Challenges: Data Complexity, Siloed Data, Need for Digitization
The Webinar begins with a look at the airline industry’s latest safety challenges, such as time consuming and complex processes around greater data volume, data complexity and non-integrated systems resulting in siloed and fragmented data resources. Combined with an elevated demand for air travel, these challenges are accelerating the need for greater digitization of safety practices and investment in advanced technology such as AI.

  • SMS New Technology Trends: AI, Mobile, Data Automation, BI and Data Analytics
Next, the Comply365 team will also showcase how to bring safety practices up to date by harnessing advanced features and new technology, including the capability of the mobile App which lets users submit safety reports and check-lists in real-time whether online or offline; how to automate form entry by utilizing data and running real-time compliance and audit reports; learn how AI can provide suggested check-lists from regulatory documents, and predicted risk levels and suggested mitigations for safety reports to transform safety; leverage safety data for real-time BI and data analytics reporting.

  • SafetyNet Demo 1: Introduction to User-Friendly Interface and Core Functionalities
Next the Comply365 team will take you on a tour of SafetyNet showcasing the core functionality including safety reporting for easy to submit configurable and dynamic safety reports via web and mobile, utilizing pre-populated data; Safety Investigations with fully visible real-time reports and incidents; Companywide Risk Management with centralised hazard, and risk register as well as consolidated and reliable data for evidence-based decision-making; Safety Assurance and Compliance for audit status visibility across the company, mobile access for auditors to complete checklist anywhere and anytime; and more.

  • SafetyNet Demo 2: Dynamic Risk Management and Risk Review
Next you will see some new dynamic risk management features. The demo will follow the risk assessment process for a typical airline, and safety assurance with effectiveness reviews of mitigations, showing how the system continuously prompts users to review the risk over time as operations evolve.  The scenario you will see is around short runways and runway excursions on landing, with mitigations including changing the standard operations for that particular airport and pilot training.

The demo will be followed by a live Q&A session for attendees to ask questions and gain deeper insights.
