1.Web Manuals Introduction and the importance of an All-In-One Digital Manuals solution
The Webinar will begin with an introduction to Web Manuals, and their popular digital aviation documentation platform as used by over 780 aviation operators of all sizes and fleet type worldwide. Next the team outline the importance of an all-in-one solution.
Everything carried on an aircraft has to arrive in one piece, and the same is true of the information that keeps it airworthy. Regulation defines what safety is, and the manual is how that definition reaches the person doing the job. In most organizations that journey crosses several systems. One platform for company manuals, another for OEM documentation, a spreadsheet holding the compliance mapping together. Every boundary it crosses costs time, accuracy, or both. This Webinar demonstrates what happens when those boundaries are removed. Every part of the demo is shown live on screen, in the working system, the way your teams would use it.
2. Web Manuals Demo 1: Native XML – OEM documentation inside your own system
OEM documentation has always arrived on the manufacturer’s terms and usually lived in its own environment with a second system to license, maintain and train people in or on a revision cycle outside of your control. As you will see, Web Manuals’ new XML Editor closes that gap, and editing an OEM manual now feels like editing anything else in the platform. You will see:
3. Web Manuals Demo 2: AI Solutions for XML Editing and Beyond
Much of aviation AI is still on a roadmap, but two capabilities are live in Web Manuals today, and they both work with XML editing as well. Amelia Co-Author edits, proofreads and formats, holds content to your own design standards, builds tables, lists and checklists, converts a pasted screenshot into editable text, works across languages, and suggests the regulatory references relevant to the text you have selected. All this happens inside your ordinary revision process, with a side-by-side view of every change, so nothing reaches a published manual without a person approving it. Amelia Document Search answers questions from your own documentation and nowhere else, typically in five to thirty seconds, returning three sources with chapter numbers you can open directly, supporting follow-up questions, and saying “I don’t know” rather than guessing.
4. Web Manuals Demo 3: Compliance Libraries – living in the system
For most operators the link between requirement and manual is maintained by hand. It is true the day it is written, but drifts away afterwards. How far it has drifted usually becomes clear during an audit. As you will see Web Manuals holds the regulation itself, with your evidence connected to it in one view, laid out the way you already read it and colour-coded to the ICAO scheme used by EASA, the UK CAA and the UAE GCAA: blue for implemented rules, green for guidance material, yellow for AMCs, magenta for appendices. Connections are made beside the text rather than on top of it, outdated links are flagged where you will notice them, and an owner, task or applicability change can be pushed down to every sub-requirement in one action. Filters cut a full library to what changed in the latest revision, what carries a warning, what has no owner, or what is tied to a single manual. As you will see for the audit itself, the system generates a spreadsheet-style checklist view you can hand over, filtered exports, and a monthly activity log with full timestamps.
