Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 8th February 2024) to see the latest developments in aircraft maintenance and airworthiness data management and advanced analytics via a demo of EXSYN’s unique data management platform featuring the key applications, NEXUS (data quality management), and AVILYTICS (analytics).  As you will see, the platform provides airlines, operators, MROs, and OEMs with the essential tools, features, dashboards, and reports to effortlessly oversee the airworthiness and maintenance data of each aircraft in the fleet. This ensures that data quality and compliance standards are consistently met while also introducing advanced analytics to drive value from the data to enhance airworthiness compliance management, boost aircraft availability, optimize maintenance costs, and minimize unplanned aircraft downtime through predictive analytics.

Via demos of NEXUS and AVILYTICS, the EXSYN team will guide you through practical use cases.  With NEXUS, you will discover how to easily integrate Entry into Service aircraft data, including aircraft delivery records, into any MRO/M&E system; ensure safety and compliance in airworthiness data management through automatic data validation and heath checks to uphold a consistent standard of data quality, and provide a simplified, continuous view of each aircraft’s airworthiness data within the fleet; plus see how to easily integrate OEM-provided data from AMM’s or IPCs into MRO/M&E software systems. The AVILYTICS demos will illustrate how to drive value from the aircraft data and easily implement advanced analytics. You will see real-time fleet reliability monitoring and the seamless creation of monthly reliability reports. Additionally, explore how the platform can be harnessed to identify data patterns and trends, enabling the construction of AOG Risk profiles for individual aircraft or entire fleets. This proactive approach ensures potential issues, such as component failures, are addressed during scheduled maintenance, preventing costly AOG situations.

The Webinar is divided into the following 4 key sections:

  • Intro to EXSYN; the unique Aircraft Data Quality Management Platform
During this short introduction, you will gain insight into how this platform has been meticulously crafted to cater to the needs of airlines, operators, MROs, and OEMs on a global scale.
As you will see platform empowers users with a comprehensive suite of tools and functionalities:

    – Efficiently managing aircraft airworthiness and maintenance data, complete with automatic data validation and health checks to uphold a consistent standard of data quality.
    – Seamlessly facilitating the exchange of data between various systems.
    – Streamlining auto-airworthiness data management for convenience.
    – Simplifying the process of loading Entry into Service aircraft data, including aircraft delivery records, into any MRO/M&E system, among other capabilities.

  • Demo 1 – NEXUS:  Loading Aircraft Data into any MRO/M&E System for Entry to Service
Following that, EXSYN delve into the essential procedure of seamlessly integrating aircraft data into any MRO/M&E system. The example will focus on the validation and conversion of aircraft delivery records into formats compatible with MRO/M&E software systems using NEXUS. This process streamlines the addition of new aircraft to a fleet, simplifying the entire procedure.

  • Demo 2 – NEXUS: Airworthiness Data Management – Continuous Monitoring of Aircraft Data and OEM data integration
In this second part of the live demo, EXSYN delves into the importance of continuous monitoring of aircraft data, and the role it plays in ensuring the safety and compliance of the fleet. The demo will explore various functions in NEXUS that can help airlines, operators, and MROs stay on top of this essential task, explore the key elements of airworthiness data management, and demonstrate how to keep aircraft flying safely and efficiently. You will also see how to easily integrate OEM-provided data from AMM’s or IPCs into MRO/M&E software systems

  • Demo 3 – AVILYTICS: Aircraft Reliability Monitoring and Maintenance Analytics
The third part of the live demo session will look into ways of driving value from aircraft data based on reporting and analytics. You will see how advanced aircraft data analysis can aid in increasing aircraft availability and maximizing the fleet’s uptime. The Demo will delve into various functions of AVILYTICS that help to identify patterns and trends in aircraft maintenance data, and how to use this information to make proactive maintenance decisions. You will see practical strategies for utilizing aircraft data to improve the fleet’s reliability and availability, including building AOG Risk profiles for each aircraft or fleet, as well as building bespoke dashboards and reports.

Webinar Agenda:

  • Short Introduction to EXSYN Aviation Solutions, its aircraft data quality management platform, and the key applications NEXUS and AVILYTICS.
  • Live software demos based on practical day-to-day use cases from aircraft engineering and maintenance.
  • Onboarding process.
  • Questions and Answers.

About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues.
