Webinar Overview

Register to view this On-Demand Webinar (recorded 9th February 2023) to see the latest advances in aircraft maintenance data management and analytics via a demo of EXSYN’s unique Aircraft Data Management platform.  As you will see, the platform provides airlines, operators, and MROs with the tools and functionality to easily manage their aircraft airworthiness and maintenance data ensuring high standards of data quality, also to introduce advanced analytics to drive airworthiness compliance management, increase aircraft availability, optimize aircraft maintenance costs, and reduce unscheduled aircraft ground time. Via demos of the key platform apps NEXUS (data management) and AVILYTICS (Analytics) the EXSYN team will walk you through some practical use-cases.  Using NEXUS, you will see how to: easily load Entry into Service aircraft data (aircraft delivery records, etc.) into any MRO/M&E system; and ensure safety and compliance in airworthiness data management with automatic data health monitoring and notifications for a continuous, and simplified view of the airworthiness data of each aircraft in the fleet. The AVILYTICS demos will show how to easily introduce advanced analytics.  You will see how to monitor fleet reliability in real-time and to instantly build the monthly reliability report. You will also see how to use the platform to identify patterns and trends in the data to build AOG Risk profiles for each aircraft or fleet, ensuring potential problems, such as component failure, can be dealt with during scheduled maintenance rather than leading to costly AOGs.

The Webinar is divided into the following 5 key sections:

  1. Intro to EXSYN; the unique Aircraft Data Management Platform and On-Boarding
First, you will see a short introduction to EXSYN and its unique Aircraft Data Management Platform. You will see how the platform has been developed to provide airlines, operators, and MROs worldwide, and of all sizes and fleet types, with the tools and functionality needed to firstly manage aircraft maintenance data, including auto-data validation and health checks, to ensure and maintain a standardized level of aircraft data quality; exchange of data between systems (i.e. migrating data from a legacy to any modern MRO/M&E system); auto-airworthiness data management; easily load Entry into Service aircraft data (aircraft delivery records, etc.) into any MRO/M&E system; and more.

Secondly you will see how the platform provides advanced analytics to analyse the data; providing fleet reliability reports, and increasing aircraft availability through predictive and proactive analysis and alerts, and more.

Finally, you will see how the Data Platform can be integrated with any MRO / M&E or company IT solutions and can be easily deployed at all airlines, operators and MRO facilities worldwide with any fleet type.

  2. Demo 1 – NEXUS:  Loading Aircraft Data into any MRO/M&E System for Entry to Service
Next, you will see how to manage, collect, and exchange data whilst retaining confidence in the data quality and accuracy, plus the crucial process of loading aircraft data into any MRO/M&E system.  The example you will see is the process of validating and convertingaircraft delivery records into loadable formats for MRO/M&E software systems with NEXUS, thus simplifying the entry of new aircraft into the fleet.

  3. Demo 2 – NEXUS: Airworthiness Data Management – Continuous Monitoring of Aircraft Data
In this second part of the live demo EXSYN delves into the importance of continuous monitoring of aircraft data, and the role it plays in ensuring the safety and compliance of the fleet. The demo will explore various functions in NEXUS that can help airlines, operators and MROs stay on top of this essential task, and explore the key elements of airworthiness data management, and learn how to keep your aircraft flying safely and efficiently.

  4. Demo 3 – AVILYTICS: Aircraft & Fleet reliability Monitoring
The third part of the live demo sessionwill dive into the process of generating a monthly fleet reliability report within AVILYTICS and the impact it has on maintaining the overall efficiency and performance of the fleet. You will see the key metrics and techniques for monitoring the reliability of an individual aircraft or fleet and learn how to make data-driven decisions for fleet management strategy.  You will also see how to manage the reliability monitoring program fully digitally, increase aircraft availability, and reduce AOGs and maintenance costs, including how to instantly create the monthly technical fleet reliability report.

  5. Demo 4 – AVILYTICS: Aircraft Reliability & Availability – AOG Risk Profile, Predictive, more
Finally, you will see how advanced aircraft data analysis can aid in increasing aircraft availability and maximizing the uptime of the fleet. The Demo will delve into various functions of AVILYTICS that help to identify patterns and trends in aircraft maintenance data, and how to use this information to make proactive maintenance decisions. You will see practical strategies for utilizing aircraft data to improve the fleet’s reliability and availability, including building AOG Risk profiles for each aircraft or fleet, as well as building bespoke dashboards and reports.

About the Aircraft IT Webinar Series:

Every 2 weeks the Aircraft IT website hosts a different live Webinar, each Webinar hosted by a different IT Vendor. These sessions represent the perfect opportunity to learn about a software solution in a more informal manner and to quickly gain an in-depth knowledge of all the major systems on the market, all from the comfort of your own office or home with no sales pressure.

The IT vendor provides a live software demonstration/masterclass of their solution and explains how it can benefit airlines, MROs, Operators, OEMs, Leasing Companies. Once logged on, online delegates can ask questions via the interactive sections of the Webinar or simply sit back and watch and listen to the demonstration. There are two sessions during the day, each differently times to accommodate all time zones.

Each Webinar session is recorded, and an On-Demand version is then posted back to the Aircraft IT website a few days after the live session to allow you to view the content again with your colleagues. The library of On-Demand Webinar recordings provides an invaluable reference source of Flight Operations software demonstrations from the World’s leading Flight Operations IT Vendors.
