Aircraft Health & Reliability Management (AHRM) offers touch-of-a-button reporting capabilities to Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering organizations, which significantly reduces the time spent pursuing reliability issues. With Ultramain AHRM, the information required to analyze period reports to regulators is assembled automatically, yet it remains flexible to ensure production of appropriate metrics. AHRM also provides real time monitoring of technical and cabin defects as well as CMC / FDE messages using ACARS downlinks. AHRM interfaces with flight tracking systems to automatically capture delays, cancellations, diversions, air turn backs, and gate returns. It also interfaces with the aircraft air-to-ground link to retrieve CMC / FDE messages in real time. It interfaces with ULTRAMAIN® ELB™, and other e Log software and M&E systems to capture defects including pilot reports, maintenance write-ups and component removals. Reliability metrics are automatically computed and notifications of exceedances are provided automatically.
