Technical Logbook

Welcome to your paperless flight

Our Logbook replaces the paper-based process of capturing technical issues on ground and in the air. Moreover, with this seamless communication and collaboration between cockpit flight crew and maintenance staff the data quality and process efficiency improve significantly: You can now easily access the aircraft status anywhere at anytime.

Technical Logbook

The Technical Logbook offers prefilled text blocks and automated input masks that capture technical issues of the aircraft during flight and on ground. It will replace time-consuming manual entries into paper books and thus improve data quality as well as transparency.

Cabin Logbook

With the integrated Cabin Logbook, flight crews can digitally capture and report cabin defects, findings, and serviceability items directly from their device. A smart funnel-based dropdown logic guides the crews through the entry process, reducing errors, saving time, and ensuring complete and consistent documentation.

Logbook Central App

The additional Logbook Central App offers a comprehensive back-end view of all logbook-related data in one place. Logbook Central bridges the gap between cockpit documentation and maintenance execution, giving ground experts the visibility and control they need to keep operations running smoothly.

Developed with pilots, flight crews and MCC’s

The Technical and Cabin Logbook works with any hardware (e.g. tablet, smartphone or desktop computer). They also offers backup processes in case of connectivity issues. Real-time data availability, directly connected with AMOS or other M&E systems, ensures maintenance on arrival and enables a seamless collaboration between pilots, flight crew and maintenance teams – leading to decreased turnaround times and costs by up to 75 percent. In addition, the standardized data structure helps you to gain insight into trend analytics.  The Logbook has already been approved by several authorities, e.g. EASA, CAAV, TCCA, FAA, LBA and holds several national approvals e.g. in Spain, Norway, Sweden and Finland with many more in progress.

From cockpit to control – Turn Logbook data into operational advantages: With the Logbook Central App AVIATAR brings an additional integrated expert tool for ground teams, providing a comprehensive back-end view of all logbook-related data in one place. The Fleet view gives maintenance controllers an instant overview of the entire fleet’s current flight status and logbook documentation state, enabling fast identification of missing entries or open issues across all aircraft. Via the Flight Log, Documents, Basic Data, and Workorder tabs, users can access and manage the full scope of operational data: from required aircraft documents and their device sync status, to MEL lists, ATA chapters, delay codes, and fuel data, through to detailed workorder tracking including deferral information, MEL categories, and work steps. With powerful filtering, sorting, and direct API access, Logbook Central closes the loop between cockpit documentation and maintenance execution – delivering the visibility and control ground experts rely on.
