The Quality Management Module of IQSMS is an industry proven tool that supports Quality and Compliance Management departments in reducing their daily administrative workload significantly.
Apart from the main features, such as simplifying the management of the audit plan, conducting safety and quality audits both online and offline, and the efficient management of corrective action implementation, this module proves itself with additional outstanding features. These include the regulation reader, the integrated legal cross-reference list functionality, and the automatic creation of compliance lists.
Each step in the entire audit process is documented with a time stamp and therefore all results are fully traceable. As audits sometimes take place at locations where no internet connection is available, ASQS has developed an iPad Auditing App that enables you to perform audits offline.
IQSMS supports both internal and external auditing. Auditees do not have to be ASQS customers to work with the system. Guest user accounts for Auditees can be created directly by our customers. IQSMS informs Auditors and Auditees via e-mail about due dates and actions performed by their counterparts. System-generated e-mails ensure that all persons involved in the audit stay continually up-to-date with the status of each finding, even without being logged into IQSMS. In addition, every finding in IQSMS can be risk-analyzed in accordance with the requirements of ICAO Doc. 9859 / ICAO Annex 19.
Since ASQS keeps track of all legal amendments, our customers benefit from a consolidated, constantly up-to-date regulations database. An extensive number of regulations and standards are already implemented within IQSMS, but additionally required regulations are added on a regular basis. These include:

The regulation reader provides access to our regulatory database not only for planning your audits but also to support your daily working process. Make use of the implemented search function by simply entering the desired keyword and IQSMS will show all relevant paragraphs in all activated regulations within seconds. No further searching in different files is required.
If your company has to comply with several different standards and regulations whose legal content overlaps, IQSMS will streamline this process. Instead of auditing all corresponding requirements separately, you can define a cross-reference list with coinciding paragraphs from different regulations/standards and only need to audit them once. IQSMS automatically tracks the correlations and publishes the compliance list accordingly.
IOSA-certified operators benefit from the automatically generated eIOSA Conformance Report, which also includes tracking of the performed Auditor Actions. The report complies with all requirements defined by IATA.
