Las Vegas, USA, October 14, 2025: Web Manuals is offering NBAA-BACE attendees a new onboarding package designed to support confident adoption of Amelia Co-Author, the company’s AI-powered editing tool for aviation documentation.  

New customers who sign up during or after the show, through December 31, 2025, will receive 10 million free tokens with their first Amelia Co-Author license, plus five million tokens for each additional license purchased. These tokens act as credits to power AI usage, offering a low-risk way to begin incorporating AI into aviation safety documentation. A 50% first-year Amelia Co-Author license discount is also included as part of the package.

The tool enables users to ask prompts directly within the Web Manuals platform, generating refined outputs such as simplified language, formatted tables, and reorganized sections.
