Las Vegas, USA, October 14, 2025: Web Manuals is offering NBAA-BACE attendees a new onboarding package designed to support confident adoption of Amelia Co-Author, the company’s AI-powered editing tool for aviation documentation.

New customers who sign up during or after the show, through December 31, 2025, will receive 10 million free tokens with their first Amelia Co-Author license, plus five million tokens for each additional license purchased. These tokens act as credits to power AI usage, offering a low-risk way to begin incorporating AI into aviation safety documentation. A 50% first-year Amelia Co-Author license discount is also included as part of the package.

Richard Sandström, CTO at Web Manuals, says: “On average, a single request consumes around 7,000 tokens. 10 million tokens allow for thousands of AI-assisted edits, rewrites or table generations. It’s an easy way for teams to explore what’s possible without overcommitting from day one.”

Amelia Co-Author is part of Web Manuals’ Amelia AI suite and supports technical editors and compliance professionals in writing, rephrasing, and structuring regulatory content more efficiently. The tool enables users to ask prompts directly within the Web Manuals platform, generating refined outputs such as simplified language, formatted tables, and reorganized sections.

Sandström adds: “Amelia Co-Author is central to our mission to digitize aviation documentation. Alongside Amelia AI Document Search, which enables crew and pilots to retrieve information using natural language, it reflects our aim to support teams across all stages of the document lifecycle. Together, these tools are helping define the future of how aviation manuals are authored, used, and managed.”

Web Manuals will be demonstrating the full Amelia AI suite, including Co-Author, throughout NBAA-BACE 2025 at Booth #925
