Geneva, Switzerland, May 23, 2023: Web Manuals, the world leader in digital documentation for the aviation industry, is today announcing the launch of a discounted maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) package in partnership with aviation regulation compliance consultancy AeroEx GmbH (AeroEx).

Developed to support businesses in remaining compliant in the face of recent Part 145 regulation changes, the new MRO package will include the Web Manuals solution for editing, distributing and monitoring manuals, alongside its Part 145 compliance library and the cloud-based AMAS.aero compliance and safety management platform developed by AeroEx.

Jonas Ivarsson, account and store executive, Web Manuals, says: “With key aviation maintenance regulations undergoing revisions, Web Manuals is fully committed to helping customers remain compliant with cost-effective solutions, which is exactly what our partnership with AeroEX offers. We will continue to support MRO operators to further enhance safety by harnessing our wide global partnership network and further updating our digital documentation product.”

Helmut Gottschalk, founder and managing director, AeroEx, says: “We have a strong track record when it comes to partnering with Web Manuals to ensure air operators can remain compliant in the face of shifting regulations. This latest MRO package is an excellent example of how our combined efforts can enable a manageable transition to compliance.”

The new MRO package also includes the AMAS.aero Connector product, which establishes direct links to relevant manuals within Web Manuals in a compliance audit, alongside the AeroEx Part 145 Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) template. This makes it easy for any maintenance organization to implement and comply with the new legal regulations quickly. In total, the package will provide solutions worth €15,300 for a discounted price of €9,990.

Part 145 is the European standard for the approval of organizations that perform maintenance on aircraft and aircraft components that are registered in EASA member states. Revisions to the regulation became applicable in December 2022, with updated requirements spanning areas including the personnel responsible for safety management, alongside compliance monitoring systems.
