Guildford, UK, 8th April 2014 – RocketRoute has taken 12 months of development, significant customer input and hundreds of hours of testing to prepare and launch its next generation app for private and commercial pilots.

Called simply, RocketRoute 4, the app integrates a worldwide IFR moving map, flight plan briefing and management, airport plates and a range of integrated weather services.

Ease of use, simplicity and clarity has been the design philosophy. Delivering a beautiful user interface that is a joy to use.

Uwe Nitsche, CEO and Co-founder, said “RocketRoute has taken its time to get this app right. We wanted to create a fresh design that fulfilled our ambitions in the industry and that our members would love to use. We also wanted the app to appeal to an increasingly global audience using RocketRoute around the world. I am very pleased by the result and the hard-work of the team.”

RocketRoute 4 can be installed immediately from Apple iTunes. The app is just $9.99 and is for us in conjunction with a RocketRoute Membership. Search iTunes for “Rocket Route”.
