NetJets “Goes Live” with InForm

Columbus, OH/New York, NY – June 20, 2017 – IDMR, a global leader in technical documentation management solutions (DMS) designed exclusively for fleet operators, announced the successful implementation of its flagship product, InForm, for NetJets, Inc., the worldwide leader in private aviation.

IDMR’s integrated suite of applications has proven success in increasing operational performance and decreasing operational cost while insuring airworthiness, safety and regulatory compliance at multiple airlines.

NetJets completed InForm implementation on schedule and went live with the RFTS (Request For Technical Services) and EO (Engineering Order) modules. The Engineering Department’s decision to deploy InForm underscores further its shift toward digital and paperless solutions for its 14 aircraft fleets and 400+ airplanes across North America.

David White, Director, Engineering for NetJets Aviation said, “InForm allows our team of engineers to have a larger impact on the NetJets operation than other software tools. It improves the process to author, approve, and distribute EOs while ensuring the quality of the final document. Also, the RFTS database of historical engineering data allows us to maximize the value of previous work to ensure it is always available.”

To manage the authoring, versioning, as well as the approval process of Engineering Orders, NetJets Engineering uses InForm’s cutting-edge technologies – materializing operational goals and modernizing the IT landscape.

Integrated in NetJets’ IT, InForm allows employees to access, author, and approve documents anytime, anywhere, from any type of terminal (desktop, tablet, phone) on any operating system. This is especially crucial for AOG and other critical situations when reducing transaction time and facilitating the decision-making process is key.

Highly adaptable, IDMR’s comprehensive and integrated solutions drastically improves productivity, facilitating collaboration and synergies within the company and with its MROs.

“NetJets is a valued customer and we appreciate the opportunity to help the company reach its goals,” said Israel Revivo, CEO/President, IDMR Solutions. “IDMR is committed to continuing to provide airlines with the latest solutions that enable them to go paperless, with the delivery of custom-built solutions that are highly scalable, adaptable, and can easily integrate with other enterprise applications. By putting in place the next-generation solutions, NetJets captures the best practices and functionality inherent to these applications,” added IDMR’s CEO.
