Trax software will help Jetstar Japan manage their numerous locations and diverse fleet with its MRO software to ensure their maintenance and engineering work and records are in impeccable shape. This will help them to be as efficient and organized as possible.

From Material Management and Finance to Technical Records and Reliability, Jetstar Japan will now have aircraft, inventory, and maintenance activity information integrated into a single system.

Jetstar Japan is a partnership between the Jetstar Group (via the Qantas Group), JAL and Mitsubishi Corporation. Jetstar Japan will begin domestic services (Destination: Narita, Sapporo, Kansai, Fukuoka and Okinawa) from July 3, 2012 with a fleer of three A320 aircraft which they plan to grow to a fleet of 24 A320 aircraft within the first 3 years. Short haul international services are expected to begin in 2013 but are dependent on government and regulatory approval.
