Ottawa, Canada (September 16, 2014) – Mxi® Technologies, the leader in aviation maintenance management software, announced today that Icelandair Technical Services (ITS) — the MRO, technical services, design services, and component services provider for Icelandair Group and third-party operators — has successfully completed its upgrade to the Maintenix version 8 (v8) stream.
Maintenix v8 firmly establishes next-generation MRO IT as a key enabler in modernizing the maintenance function and driving greater value from ongoing business strategies. Deployed across a network of more than 380 users supporting a mixed fleet of 26 aircraft, Maintenix v8 now serves as the MRO platform underpinning the company’s Maintenance Engineering, Technical Records, Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Execution, Materials Management and Business Support & Analytics.
