Greenwich Aerogroup Sells Aero Precision Industries

 

WICHITA, Kan., August 23, 2016 – Greenwich AeroGroup, Inc. announced today that it has sold Aero Precision Industries LLC, DAC International, Inc. and NASAM, Incorporated to a fund managed by Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Operated as a single business unit, these three companies are distributors and providers of military and commercial aerospace components and related services to a diverse global customer base. The transaction was completed on August 10, 2016.

Greenwich AeroGroup acquired DAC International and NASAM in 2009 and Aero Precision in 2013 and it continues to look for opportunities to add companies that will complement its aviation portfolio. The specific details of the sale are confidential.
