Flair Air Signs For RAAS

Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada – Flair Airlines has selected AIS’s RAAS aircraft maintenance solution for management of their B737-400 fleet. Key functional elements include technical records, quality assurance, reliability monitoring, material management, procurement, expense tracking and general regulatory reporting.

After an extensive review of the industry’s top solutions, Flair Airlines chose RAAS on the basis that RAAS meets Flair Airlines’ functional criteria, is cost competitive, and AIS’ implementation plan enables a low-impact solution roll-out critical to Flair Airlines ability to seamlessly transition while scheduled passenger operations are ongoing.

Matt Oxley, Flair Airlines Director of Maintenance, comments, “Our increasing aircraft utilization and planned fleet expansion created the need to implement a maintenance management software platform we can grow on. RAAS includes features that allow us to centralize our maintenance management processes into a single integrated platform and also offers inter-system integration opportunities for future additional process automation”.

AIS Director of Operations and CEO, Eric Hansencomments, “Flair Airlines is in a strong growth phase and we are excited to be a part of their plan. AIS and RAAS will provide the business software foundations to allow Flair Airlines to increase the rate of process work flows and transactions, and meanwhile remove procedural bottlenecks. We look forward to working with Flair Airlines to achieve their goals.”
