| Las Vegas, US, 15 October 2025: The pandemic-driven demand for digital solutions was only the beginning of an enduring acceleration across business aviation, finds Web Manuals, the global leader in digital documentation for the sector. In 2020, the global grounding of flights became a catalyst for digital platforms adoption to manage compliance with fast-changing regulations. That year alone, Web Manuals’ customer base grew by more than one-third. Since then, the company has sustained that momentum, achieving a 306% increase in customers since the start of 2020. Justin Raymond, Director of Operations Americas at Web Manuals, says: “This growth proves that the digital shift during COVID was not just a short-term response but has permanently changed how aviation organizations manage manuals. Business aviation is certainly leading this charge, with our customers in this segment outnumbering commercial airlines by almost four to one. “It was compliance linking that initially drove this uptake. It meant that changes in regulations were quickly identified and traced across all of an organization’s documentation, ensuring traceability, accountability, and efficiency in managing regulatory compliance. Now, our recent integration of AI technology further streamlines how documentation is accessed and analyzed giving operators faster access to insights and compliance requirements.” Greg Mangione, Director of Operations at Northern Jet Management confirms this, and says: “When we adopted Web Manuals in 2020, our goal was to simplify the admin side of manual management, and it has proven to be a long-term solution we’re very pleased with. Compliance linking makes it easy to demonstrate regulatory alignment during audits, and our manuals are now cleaner, standardized, and much easier for our team to manage and navigate.” As of October 1, 2025, Web Manuals supports 409 business aviation operators, including corporate jet, mission and medical, eVTOL, and helicopter operators. Its broader community of 751 customers also spans MRO, cargo, training schools, OEMs, consultants, and ground support providers. Web Manuals is headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, and has offices in New York, San Diego, Singapore, and Sydney. |
