HOP! to rely on AMOS Multi-Entity functions

Régional (now HOP!-Regional) has used AMOS since 2006. Recently, due to the regrouping of Air France’s regional carriers, HOP! had to decide which MRO software to implement for the whole group. The lean maintenance structure of HOP!-Regional and their in-depth knowledge of AMOS functions convinced the rest of the group.

Ronald Schaeuffele, CEO of Swiss-AS, comments: “We fight for every customer and it was very important for us to keep Régional in the customer circle and to convince HOP! to join the AMOS community.”

AMOS’ Multi-Entity functions, which can host and integrate the three financially independent airlines and enable HOP! to consolidate the activities of three AOCs in one system, proved to be one of the key deciding factors. The project is expected to be challenging – not only the business processes of the three airlines need to be aligned – but their data, too. Nevertheless, the implementation will benefit from the AMOS know-how and experience gained by the HOP!-Regional staff in their daily work with AMOS. This will certainly have a positive impact on the project and is not to be underestimated.

Yvon Quérou, CIO of HOP!-IT department
, says: “The selection of AMOS as HOP! E&M IT Platform will not only make the IT support easier and more efficient for our E&M Divisions but will also open the way to cost savings in IT maintenance fees.”

And Eric Daumalle, Information Manager in the AMOS implementation project
, states: “It’s an important challenge for all of us to adopt across HOP! a common Maintenance IT System, but this opens an avenue to align processes and share best practices using modern and efficient MRO software.”

About HOP!
