CrossConsense Academy
CrossConsense is ready to introduce a learning platform – the CrossConsense Academy. In the beginning, the CrossConsense Academy will include web-based training for the different CROSSMOS® eTLB modules (Cockpit, Cabin and Maintenance). New users can make themselves familiar with CROSSMOS® by means of didactically prepared modules whenever they have time to do so. CrossConsense Academy will also give the opportunity to track learning progress. As soon as a new user gets registered for the CROSSMOS® techlog, he will automatically receive an invitation to the academy. Users will then have the opportunity to get a quick overview on their customers’ specific configuration of the CROSSMOS® software and they can also get access to detailed generic training-modules on specific subjects. At times, there may also be refresher courses, release previews or surveys available.

CrossConsense’s customers will also get the possibility to get their own operator procedure training / process manual integrated into the CrossConsense academy so that the complete knowledgebase is available on one single platform. That is cost- and time-saving and a further step into the direction of paperless maintenance.
