AirVault® M&E Integration with AMOS Unifies Access of Aircraft Maintenance Records

Dallas, TX – November 5, 2015: Today, AirVault announces a higher level of systems integration with the industry leading Swiss-AS AMOS software solution, providing a more efficient and complete aircraft electronic records management system. AirVault will participate at the AMOS Customer Conference in Lucerne, Switzerland November 12-13, 2015.

The AirVault M&E (Maintenance & Engineering) Integration provides comprehensive bi-directional integration with M&E Systems such as Swiss-AS AMOS to automate document data capture activities, to allow comprehensive reconciliation, and to allow publication of links into the AMOS for direct access to AirVault-stored records from within the AMOS application.

AirVault’s AMOS integration securely maintains a synchronized cache of key AMOS data related to Work Packages, Work Orders, Parts Orders, and Parts Transactions to support document index augmentation, and reconciliation of records scanned/received with records expected.

AirVault includes a rules-based “BPM” workflow capability to manage discrepancy resolution processes to audit records for completeness and accuracy as well as manage the entire discrepant record remediation process within the Airline and with 3rd-party MROs.

John Oldham, AirVault CEO, said, “We’re proud that AirVault provides an expanded integration service for our airline customers that have deployed AMOS. Swiss-AS’ deep experience in aircraft maintenance and commitment to customer service were mutual qualities of our companies that are well aligned to dramatically improve aircraft maintenance records management for airlines.”

AirVault’s cloud-based service technology and M&E Integration for AMOS are now in joint production at a number of airlines including, Finnair, SAS and flydubai. AirVault’s experience with over 30 major airlines throughout the world offers a framework of best practices for aircraft maintenance records management that was entirely configurable for their equipment and operational model. AirVault provides a global conduit to better manage electronic aircraft maintenance records for a more mobile workforce, in synchronization with the airline’s internal operations, maintenance partners, and lessors.
