ADE Wins Two Honours at Malaysia’s Premier Aerospace Industry Awards

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, 10 JULY 2026 – Asia Digital Engineering (ADE), the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) subsidiary of Capital A, has been recognised with two awards at the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) President’s Award 2026, underscoring the company’s growing leadership in aerospace talent development and MRO excellence.

Mr Mahesh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of Asia Digital Engineering (ADE), with the two trophies won at the Malaysia Aerospace Industry Association (MAIA) President’s Award 2026.

ADE received the Leadership Competencies and Development Award, recognising organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to leadership excellence, talent development and workforce empowerment. In addition, Mahesh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of ADE, received the Aerospace Premiership Award for his leadership, innovation and contributions to advancing the aerospace industry.

Organised by the country’s leading aerospace industry association, the annual awards recognise organisations and individuals that demonstrate excellence in management, operational performance, innovation and industry leadership. Winners were selected by an independent panel of aerospace experts and industry leaders.

The awards were presented by YB Tuan Sim Tze Tzin, Malaysian Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), together with MAIA President, Naguib Mohd Nor.

The MAIA President’s Award celebrates organisations and individuals that exemplify excellence, innovation and leadership across Malaysia’s aerospace industry, recognising those setting new benchmarks in organisational performance, talent development and operational excellence while strengthening the country’s position as a regional aerospace and MRO hub.
